We hadn’t been to CF in years. The Korean fried chicken is delicious. Had the right amount of sauce. Very crispy. The edamame salad/ kimchi and guacamole were good too.Interesting fusions that Cheesecake Factory makes. They forgot the chicken with my husband’s five cheese pasta ,but eventually brought it out when he was halfway done. Our server was training so I give the place some slack. Wasn’t too happy about one tea costing 4.50$. Cheesecake Factory seems to remain a place to go for events or anniversaries. Or just get their cheesecake at Costco. With their prices, not an everyday option for us. Just wasn’t quite a five star experience.

Food was tasteless and bland. Ordered tacos the rice is so dry and beans are stale. Meat in tacos is also dry without any flavour. Overall a bad experience with food.
Only waited 5 minutes to be seated, and everything was wonderful.

How it started- Friendly greeting and prompt seating. Crab bites were an awesome appetizer.Midway-The gumbo was not same as the North. The roux was too light and too many tomatoes. I don’t feel they even belong in gumbo at all. I don’t recall there being any before. The portion size was skimpy as well. Half-Way through the meal a new waiter dropped a full tray of glasses. Glass and water flew everywhere. Mistakes do happen and thankfully we were not injured by glass. However, water and liquid was everywhere and we were wet. There were droplets on our clothes , table, window, and some on our food. It wasn’t safe to eat anymore.How it ended- The waitress asked repeatedly if we were ok. We both responded yes. I did explain that my food wasn’t ok to finish eating. She then sent the Manager over. She listened and had the kitchen make a replacement. My complaint is that they gave me an even smaller portion than the first time and as a courtesy could have at least given us complementary desserts which we had already ordered. Not mention our clothes were still wet. Today, I read they’re the largest grossing restaurant chain. Certainly, money isn’t an issue, and as a regular patron they should do better handling the things noted above.
