Recently had a reservation here to ask my girls to be my bridesmaids. Call 3 times before paying the deposit and not once was it mentioned that there would be no croissants or soups. The day before my reservation all the lady said over the phone was we could pick any items from the savories menu if we did the al a cart option. Not once was it mentioned about it being a limited menu with only 4 options till we arrived, over half that specific menu wasn’t available. Honestly would’ve booked somewhere else at that point on top of the cake tasting store bought and the “mini ginger doughnuts” were just that, from an easy bake oven. For the price and added gratuity for an uneventful evening and limited menu day of, it’s not worth it. Can’t give zero stars but I honestly would due to lack of proper communication and customer service, I guess the 1 star is for the tea being decent.

This tea room is cute and, when physically there, the service is great; However, getting someone on the phone to make a (required) reservation is very challenging at times. Once you do have someone on the phone you’re obligated to give them your card number over the phone for a deposit. While the food is tasty the bill is higher than the value of the food. Very expensive for the experience and lacking a few tea room stables like sugar cubes and teapot burners, etc. The tea gets cold quickly. Ashamed, because the folks that own it are nice, but we will not be back.

It's a very cute place,
The server was ok. Forgot a few things that we requested.
Food was ok too.
The menu was very limited for the price.

I was honestly really disappointed in this place! I had booked this for a bachelorette party and we had to split the reservation in two because of the size of the party which is fine, then one of my tables was cancelled despite that I had paid and confirmed, there was no phone call just an email, then I had to call to get it replaced. Once there the staff was obviously not excited to be there or friendly toward us. When paying for an experience I was expecting a little higher quality customer service and friendlier staff.

Very expensive.
Tiny portions.
Clotted cream was actually butter.
Food was very tasty but portions so small I had to eat when I came home.
Fruit tea is absolutely amazing.
Service very good. People very friendly and nice.
When ordering Scones I was served one small scone. It would have been so much more satisfying to have one large scone or two smaller scones.
I felt like I was just paying for the experience.
Afternoon tea is very overpriced.
The venue is very lovely and felt homely.
The food experience was underwhelming. Tasted lovely but extremely small amounts. There definitely needs to be a lot more!

Quality teas, as good as tea houses back in England.

I loved the fact I got to dress up pretty and have tea with my bestie. Service was excellent. The teas and tea sandwiches were 10/10.

Lovely tea time for a friends birthday! The cucumber sandwich could have been a bit crispier and the clotted cream was more like butter consistency which was odd. The teas were very tasty, especially the Earl Grey cream.

We go here every 3-4 months. We love eating their delicious food and scones and of course the tea is amazing!!! The owner is so sweet and friendly. We can’t wait to go back again. 5 stars all the way around. Best tea house in GA

We loved everything about it. The setup, the service, and the people who serviced us were well-versed in the knowledge of foods that were serviced. We had high tea that was very filling with enough to take home. I will be going back again!

Honestly it's a great idea. Loved the house. The decor. The food and tea ... BUT the SERVICE? No they were not very accommodating. Rude. Out of most of the menu options. The service kind of ruined the whole experience imo.

We went with moderate expectations and those were not met. The setting is darling. An oldish house, cute tables set with lovely China, beautiful tea pots, okay tea selections. The food however was marginal at best. We have had the joy of experiencing high tea many other places with pleasant memories. Not so here.
