The Lawrence location does not care about the citizens of Lawrence. They constantly place their advertising in the middle of side walk where people are commuting. The business needs to be fined. One day someone will seriously get hurt and they will be sued. I have personally thrown their sign off the sidewalk before and they cussed me for it.

My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.

In the past, I have really liked the human bean, due to the sandwich collection and the coffee coffee beans. Though in the past six months experience with the Kaiser Oregon location has changed
A numerous occasion they are short on change and when it comes to nickel or dime and they never offer to give me penny instead they just tell me oh you’re gonna be five cents short sorry also they tend to run out of sandwiches fairly quickly. and then speaking of that specifically They don’t tell the Uber driver that they are out of that sandwich and because of that that is the driver brings me the incorrect sandwich and that error gets blamed on the driver. I have called the store to express my concern about the change and the sandwich issue before though unfortunately it keeps on happening Customer service has dropped dramatically.

Can the baristas not hear that they’re over steaming their milk? When you don’t steam your milk by hand AND it tastes like garbage, it’s really sad…the cute little candy on top can’t save you

I tried it yesterday and my wife and mine was the worst coffee I ever had. It was $17 for 2 32 oz and it tasted like watered down unflavoured crap. I will not be trying it again. this was one in joplin mo

This was our first time at The Human Bean, and we loved it! Tara, the greeter, was so welcoming, and the entire staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly with warm, engaging smiles. They are extremely fast, and the service was excellent. A perfect way to start the day!
Super nice and friendly service ! The coffee just wasn’t good. The espresso bean was a nice unexpected addition tho! I got the pumpkin snowy and it was very light coffee flavor ! Great location for a quick pop in for coffee, they offer drive thru or walk up. The workers there were awesome and gave us free stickers.
