BEWARE of this restaurant! In my over 20 years of working as a medical sales professional I have never experienced what I did on December 17th. An order was placed at Thoom's Kitchen thru DoorDash for a pickup delivery for my client. As the staff was coming in to grab their food, we noticed that several of the individual orders were missing. We called Thoom's advising them of this and that we would like to come and pick up the rest of the order. Two ladies started denying that there was food missing. We tried explaining again that some of the food was missing, but they started yelling in the phone. Then we were disconnected. I went to the restaurant to speak with a manager only to find out that one of the ladies that was yelling in the phone was the manager. She began yelling again. I told her if she did not give me the food that I would dispute the charges for the food that we did not receive. She started yelling again and threw the receipt at me. This took place in front of their customers. At that point, even if they would have provided the food I would not have accepted it, due to their aggressive, despicable behavior. I am still in a state of shock! Dispute was approved. What goes around comes around.

Overpriced for small portions and mediocre quality.

Food was mediocre for its insane and inflated prices. I’d say you can get bigger portions, better quality, and cheaper prices at another Thai place. Also, they have a mandatory 15% service charge on party’s of 3 or more!!

The interior is very nice and has a quaint, calm feel.

This is a super fun spot with a relaxing atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and fantastic food. We had the Crispy Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice and they were everything I was wanting in a thai meal. My partner and I were extremely pleased with our entire experience - would recommend to anyone looking for a date night spot!!

The food and experience were great

Thoom’s Thai Kitchen was our favorite restaurant till 12/07/25. I have given 5 rating in past. but we had an unforgettable incident happened recently on our family lunch. We ordered multiple dishes Kung pa is one of the dish. We found Cockroach. Please be cautious before you eat food. Management is so careless they’re not even ready to accept their mistake . I have Reported in Fulton County Board of Health (Environmental Health Division). Be carful for choose this restaurant.

Excellent food quality and quantity!
We were a party of 4 and ordered one appetizer and 4 main course dishes. All the food was amazing!! Basil roll with peanut sauce def a recommendation.
Service was good but short staffed and they did their best!! No complaints. Chill atmosphere. Fun. This place is def pricey and classy, good for date night.

This was an awesome restaurant. The basil rolls, the panang curry, and the tofu noodles were all great.

The overall atmosphere felt very welcoming and comfortable. Adding to that was the hard working and caring staff, even though the restaurant seemed understaffed because it took a few minutes for someone to come and get us seated.

There was nothing to complain about with the food and there are plenty of vegetarian options, although even the medium spice level is pretty spicy, and mild was good enough. The main course items we ordered, the tofu noodles and panang curry with tofu, were great and the quantities were more than enough.

Overall it was a great experience and I would come again.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend from Thailand.

I've had Thail food all over the US and in Thailand. This was the best I've ever had. Very authentic flavors and aromas.

Come to find out the chef was brought over from Thailand to cook. Boy is she amazing.

We have now made Thooms our goto Thail place.
