Terrible communication and delivered to the wrong address with no callback or email . Never again

12/11/25 I Walked in around 9:15, a guy with brown beard looked at me like if he wanted too kill me just for walking in . He screamed And said “ is this for pick up “.. looking at me furiously! And I replied is for here is that ok ? He shrug and yelled sure “what do you want “.. I was shocked and said why are you being so rude!! Then he yelled again “what do you want “ so I just walked out … never will I return this guy needs too be fired immediately..

Just walked in to buy some cookies and the employee was extremely rude yelling what do you want this place is a complete joke will never come here again.

Cookies are the mix of moderate to delicious but overall a bit pricy for me.

Dubai chocolate cookie was awesome.

The cookies were warm when we picked them up, such a nice surprise and genius! The cookies were delicious.

Amazing, we moved to Florida and it's been awhile since I got my cookies, stopped by on my way out of town to get my chocolate chip pecan cookies 🍪 😋

Best cookies ever. The price hurts, but they're always offering specials, so that's when I order. The ladies at the Alpharetta location are always very sweet.

I ordered thru Uber eats, The Pecan Chocolate Chip, and got all Chocolate Chip. The cookies were warm and delicious, but I placed the order because I WANTED pecans more than I wanted plain Chocolate Chip cookies. They just gave me what they wanted instead of just refusing order. So this review is more about the service, than the product.

Sadly this location has failed me out of all locations. I put in an uber pick up order for a dozen of tiff mix cookies came in immediately the lady at the counter had an unwelcoming face. I let her know I just put an order in for a random mix of cookies and would just like the fresh cookies that already made she insisted on baking a new batch of cookies saying it will be a 30 min wait I said I’m fine with the cold ones that are ready she smiled and said it will be ready in 30 mins. Proceeded to waste time in the packing boxes I’m watching front the counter she wants to wait till 2:30 to have them ready instead of having them ready as soon as possible & mind you there is no one in store for 20 mins. I can’t believe the Peachtree corners location closed instead of this inefficient bad attitude store

Second time picking up. Very good cookies. Soft texture. Will buy again
