Man up front let 5 walk ins ahead of me when I had reservation. What’s the point of reserving if multiple groups that are just walk ins are being let ahead?

My family and I come here somewhat often and usually always have a good time. The food and the service in the past were always pretty good, however on our last visit the service was horrendous and the food has noticeably gone down hill. We came around 430-5 which I guess is when shift change occurs because some new server came over and said she would be taking over. We told her we'd like to order food and she said ok well I'm going to go down here and when I come back down I'll get your order. She must have gone to Timbucktoo because we didn't see her until 30 minutes later. We placed our order and about an hour later a food runner brought us our meal. I eventually flagged the server down and asked for mayonnaise... She never brought it. We had no napkins. No silverware. I had to get up and go track down a worker to bring us these items and the worker I asked wasn't pleasant about it either. It took about 10 minutes to get one soda drink refilled. We were in the middle of the bays and we kept seeing our server going all the way down to the far end. I don't know if they were short staffed or what but it was ridiculous. It was not busy at all either. It was pretty dead actually which I'm not surprised. They also have these crinkle fries now that are gross and they were cold when they arrived at our table. So we finally get the check, run the card and now she is on the table clearing everything off while we're trying to leave the tip and sign. Like where were you this entire time??? Now you're hovering over us while we're trying to sign the credit card slip. Meanwhile not one dish was cleared when we actually finished eating. When we first got there we were in such a good mood and having a good time and this server ruined it. Absolutely ruined it. Expecting napkins, drink refills and asking for mayo is basic service. It's also criminal that Top Golf lumps in the cost of golf with the food. You NEVER tip for the cost of golf - just for the food and drinks.

I was excited to do this for my birthday. I have been interested in trying Topgolf for years. We did everything online through their app which made it easier when we arrived. They just told us our bay number and we went outside to find our area. Everything is done now through their computer system. We just started playing and a waitress arrived to take our orders. We got the golf club alcohol drink with glow lights. Delicious! We played Sonic and Angry Birds golf games. After 10:00 p.m. on the weekends They have a DJ and it's cheaper I think like $40 per Bay. They have other deals during the week also. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We will do it again at a later date and bring more people.

Valerie at the Alpharetta location is just the sweetest! She was so attentive, patient, & personable during my 29th bday fam jam outing 😍 even brought over a card with all her coworkers signing it, like how thoughtful!

Golfing was fun, but the bartender at the bar I believe her name was Camryn is extremely rude and unfriendly. Made the visit unpleasant. Rest of the staff was friendly though

Ana M. was the waitress for our bay she was very off putting and rude. I was out with my friends and we are all 20-22 years old, so maybe that is why she was so rude. She also put an automatic gratuity on the check after not being very helpful.

We recently visited Topgolf for our family's first experience, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for a fun day. Someone took the time to explain how the games worked, which was especially helpful for us as newcomers. Our bay host, Ethan, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything, and his positive attitude added to the overall enjoyment of our time there. The facilities were top-notch, with a great selection of food and drinks that complemented our experience. We loved the interactive games, which were perfect for all skill levels, making it easy for everyone in the family to participate and have fun. Overall, our first visit to Topgolf was a fantastic experience. We can't wait to return!
Would have been a total 5* if it was only on Earl. He was superb. Our drinks never ran out, food was quick and correct, and atmosphere was great. The only downside was that Earl got confirmation from the front desk and let us know that the table beside us was not in use and that we could utilize it as we had a large party. After we combined the tables the MOD “Jackie” came up and made us separate them. I mentioned that we had permission to use both but she was having none of it. If another party came up we would have completely understood and would have no complaint. None did. Jackie proved that asserting her authority was more important to her than allowing her large party of paying guests to have the best most comfortable experience possible. Perhaps some extra customer experience training is in order for her. I have to emphasize, Earl was great. Also, there were several other tables not in use.

Food was actually so good. Some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. Golfing was super fun with lots of different modes. It was really weird how even people who had never played golf before were doing just as well as the skilled golfers, but that just made it more fun!
