A really sweet place to have fun with the kids. I’ve brought my business events here as well and can’t complain because everyone always has fun. The staff is great. Our food runner Harrison T was exceptional- a class act. Will return ??????

Went with a client, we have an elite membership. Did order extra clubs because have access to that upgrade they never gave the clubs asked for them 4 times.Also left my credit card at the bay , i did call to report it , they called me that they found it . They made me go there and then they could it find it anywhere. Lost 2 hours of my day.Very disappointed.

We have been to a couple of the local Top Golf locations several times, including this one. I always consider it a “splurge” expense, but a lot of fun and worth the entertainment it brings, but this time, it just didn't seem worth it. The staff were not very attentive, and the scorings of the games were terribly flawed. The tracking of the balls were horribly inaccurate, thus invalidating the scores. Our kids became highly frustrated, so we tried to make up our own game, but they could not take their focus off of how the computer tracked the balls versus what we could actually see happening. The kids did not have a good time and complained the entire time. The food was okay, but the chicken sandwich was very overcooked. It was dry and rubbery in the middle, and pretty dry and crispy on the outer edges of the meat. The beer pitcher has a weird little cone in the middle, so you don't actually get an entire pitcher Overall, this was just a disappointing Top Golf experience compared to visits to other locations that we have had.

Atlanta's BEST TOP GOLF Location! Can't believe I forgot to Yelp TG! My son's 18 birthday last year here was Top Notch! Food: Buffalo / Lemon Pepper wings are to die for, cooked to perfection! Nachos screaming, every ingredient layered on good. Burger & fries on point! Service: Customer service is excellent! Greeted upon coming in, seated and the waitress delivered quick service with smiles and professionalism. She was attentive to our needs and all our food came out fresh & hot! Ambiance: Clean and welcoming. Make sure to take pictures under the *Top Golf Alpharetta* photo area. Cute setup! My go to spot, and yes it's worth the drive!

My experience at Topgolf Alpharetta was nothing short of appalling. Despite indicating a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours, we received a call merely 30 minutes later claiming it was our turn to play. Unable to arrive promptly, we were instructed to rejoin the waitlist on the app. Despite doing so, the estimated wait time remained unchanged. Upon arrival, we were informed of still at least an hour to wait. Opting to grab drinks while waiting, we were inexplicably removed from the waitlist. Despite pleading for reinstatement, we were instructed to rejoin via the app. The staff's utter lack of coordination and communication is simply unacceptable. This abysmal level of service is a compelling reason to steer clear of Topgolf Alpharetta. I recommend for a better experience at Paragon Golf in Duluth!

I love this place. Anytime anyone asks me, the first place comes in my mind is Top Golf. I go there and play heart-full, eat stomachful. We had office parties, birthday parties, just time pass parties with friends and family.

they literally took my id and stared me down because they thought i was younger than i am ( i’m 18) made me very uncomfortable. approached two different times in the night saying it was a “random audit”. dirty looks were given to me and my entire party all night.

I just had a casual birthday event there with some friends and family 2/17/24 and I had the best time! My host wasn't very engaging with me but I was more swept up in my guest to notice. I will say though my host was very fun and personable to my guests from what I heard from them, so I was very pleased to hear that. My event was from 11:30-1:30 and we had an absolute blast! We arrived just a little bit before our start time, and that check-in was quick and easy. (I do though recommend having anyone who hasn't gone to TopGolf before make an account before your trip just to speed through check-in) The food wasn't just like a typical quick and easy fast food place, the food could be compared to a nice sit-down restaurant with many flavorful options.Anyways my small party package included space for 10-12 people (6 max per bay) and a $250 minimum food package, which worked out perfectly and left everyone satisfied. The bays were side-by-side with a middle open tables in the middle to eat and socialize. The area was clean and neatly organized when we arrived and we were served our food and drinks promptly after we ordered them! (10-15 min depending on how big the order was) Anyways I give my review 5 stars due the speediness of our service and the welcoming atmosphere of my visit. I've gone before for some casual golfing with family and had a great time, but this most recent experience takes the cake and I will definitly continuing to come to this establishment!
