Tuscany Cafe and Bistro

The Tuscany Bistro located just North of NorthPoint Mall is a great place for lunch. It’s located in the midst of a residential living area. Each meal is cooked to order. There is a decent wine list. Serving sizes are medium to small. Deserts are varied and usually very good. The sandwich menu is extensive. Also, there is a limited but varied list of entrees. I recommend Tuscany Bistro.

The cutest bistro! Food and service were great. Loved sitting on the patio after a long walk with my dog. She approves of the veggie omelet.

It is a cute restaurant with nice food and absolutely wonderful service. We all enjoyed our food, including my maple glazed salmon, though I did get teased a bit about the movie Elf.

As a bonus, the area around the restaurant is a great place to take a walk.

First time here. Great spot for a great lunch. Had the salmon fettuccine. Was delicious. Only a couple noodles were a bit undercooked but no biggie. The rest was so good. Very attentive and nice staff. Always refilled my tea. Will be back.

I hdd dinner with my son here the other day.. After we ordered, I asked the waitress where our food was 40 minutes later, "She'll check". 10 minutes later our food came out. I ordered blackened salmon salad. I'm not sure what the fish was but it definitely wasn't salmon. My son ordered his steak medium rare, it came out medium well. Not a good experience, we won't be back.

My roommate had quite an unpleasant experience today at Tuscany, despite my warning to her re: a 43 score. She ordered crab cake salad (terrible) then a quiche which was barely cooked and inedible, the side of fries were great. Because she is a chef and has empathy for the bistro, she quietly paid, tipped and left despite her son coming for her birthday (she cancelled him before his arrival). Throughout this fiasco the owner quite rude. What a shame

This was the first time that we have been here and it is the cutest bistro. Rebecca greeted us with the warmest smile and was so kind while taking our order. She was such a pleasure!! The food was delicious and you definitely need to try the sangria…so yummy!!! We ended our meal with an iced mocha and a cappuccino, which as you can guess, delicious. You can’t go wrong here. We already said we are going back! We need to try the deserts ?

Wonderful, friendly service and delicious food. Salmon salad is a must, and soups are great too. Plus, nice tranquil ambiance and lots of parking. Highly recommend for lunch dates, lunch meetings or for a nice solo meal.

Searched for “restaurants near me.” Tuscany was the closest place, so thought we’d give it a try. WOW!! I’m not sure what impressed me more, the food or the service. Both were excellent. Next time, and every time I’m in the Milton area, this will be my go-to!

We have been coming here for the past 6 years and hope to be coming for many more.
The food is exquisite and made with love, true homemade cooking with a professional and gourmet touch.
What is most impressive about the Tuscany Cafe is how their consistency with not only amazing food but also great customer service.
We have been hesitant to publish reviews about our dear Tuscany cafe (we personally call it the Bistro, I believe no one else does) because we didn’t want to blow up our spot and share the goodness with too many, but it would also be selfish and not right not to share such good stuff.

We look forward to our next visit!
