One Zo Boba Alpharetta

Their egg waffles are awesome, unfortunately, at least 75% of the time they say they’re out of the mix or the machine isn’t working. We come at least a couple times a week and more often than not, they’re out. It’s too bad because they have some of the best boba in Alpharetta. We’d go more if they had egg waffles on a regular basis.

Arrived at 9:08 on Thursday night. The business hours per the sign on the door state that on Thursdays they are open until 9:30pm. Lights were on in the building, open sign was lit, door was locked, employee inside ignored us.

It really depends on what you get. Some boba and other items are amazing.

And then the drinks that have ice in them make it a horrible experience. I purchased the "Brûlée Oreo Brown Sugar Slush".
You pay over $7 (after tax) for a large drink that has 99% ice in it. They fill the ice to the top of the cup then add in the liquid. I couldn't not even stir it cause of the amount of ice.

Looking on the website it looks like they made my drink wrong as well. It was nothing but huge pieces of ice. They were supposed to blend it into a slush.

You end up with such a tiny amount of actual drink. It honestly felt like after 3 or 4 sips from the straw it was all done.

It is sad. Their Boba and Other blended drinks are actually pretty good. You just have to stay away from any drink they add ice to.

They should also shrink down their menu size. It does feel like there are close to a hundred options.

They also only seem to have 2 boba options. Which doesn't really match what the One Zo website shows. Maybe it is just the Windward location that has this issue.

I made a online order yesterday (7:20 pm 09/27/2024) via clover. My payment went through and when I went to pick it up at 8:00 PM, the shop was closed with a notice saying, “Shop closes at 6:00 PM due to Hurricane Helene.” The notice was probably put the day before on the 26th (when the outerband effects of the hurricane
were supposed to hit) and the store was closed all of the 27th. I had no indication that this was the case (almost all stores in this area was open that day). They did not mention the change online. I tried contacting them over the phone yesterday and today multiple times, but was unanswered. I am requesting the management to look into this, kindly refund my order, and avoid such confusions in the future.

Says open till 9pm, came at 8pm, door closed, lights off, "Open" sign still lit. Delicious boba, garbage location, always out of random ingredients.

One Zo makes some of the freshest and delicious boba I’ve ever had! The Queen Brûlée boba was the best milk tea I’ve had while the One Zo fruit tea with rose boba is one of the most refreshing boba I’ve ever had. The staff was very informative, helpful and the drinks came out fast!

Drove 15 mins and found out they were close. It says 9pm. I'm here 8:27pm on Sunday.

Flaming dirty fresh milk with lychee jelly topping is my fav drink here. Decent ambience with games also.

The Honeydew Milkshake was refreshing!! Clean shop and quick service!

My favorite place to get bubble tea in Alpharetta. My favorite is the totaro black milk tea. I love the sweet potato bits you get in the drink. Also perfect balance of sweetness and tea.
