I'm so disappointed in my experience with VB. I ordered off of UberEATS priority delivery and the fries arrived cold and stale. Not a huge deal but the lemon pepper chicken sandwich I ordered was not edible at all. It ruined my entire meal and I couldn't eat it. It was undercooked and the breading on the chicken sandwich was so salty it burned my mouth upon the first bite. It was lemon pepper seasoning on it , just needs a sprinkle not the entire bottle. The burgers I ordered were decent according to my family who ate it.

Today I ordered a chicken Philly, which I've had twice before at this location. I noticed immediately after getting the receipt that the team member who took the order entered the incorrect sandwich, specifying "raw" onions and "fried" chicken on the ticket. I approached him about it and then, moments later, inquired with a second associate. Both assured me that the sandwich would be correct. Upon receipt of the entree, *all* of the veggies were raw and the meat used was whole tenders. This after having received very undercooked chicken wings the week prior and still returning.

We were just here for a 5 day trip and had to make a stop here twice. The burgers and sides are delicious and you can’t beat the price! Definitely a hidden gem for this area.

I’ve always gone to the Dunwoody Village Burger storefront, so I couldn’t go often since I live in Alpharetta. The Alpharetta location does an outstanding job with a quality burger, and the staff is all very experienced. It’s a great choice! Best burger in Alpharetta by far. Also BLT, hot dogs, wings, chicken tenders and of course fries. Good prices too.

This was my first time at VB and my food was delicious. I had a Patty Melt was cooked to perfection and the seasoned fries are the bomb! You gotta try them. My partner had the Garlic Parmesan wings & fries. He’s still talking about those wings lol. The customer service was amazing.
