Food was delicious. However , we were bothered by gnats flying around us while we ate. We told the server. When the only other dinners seated near us left, our situation worsened. She said the drains were cleaned that day and the gnats were in the entire dinning room, not only our area. We won't return
The lobster pasta was over cooked and rubbery. The crab cake had some sort of filler that overpowered the taste of the crab.
The place was basically empty on a Thursday night. The server was almost put out by waiting on us. However the worst was the food. We could not finish our meals because they were so bad. This is Cisco food delivery type food ... no taste at all. Save your time and money and go to one of the amazing restaurants we have found in Alpharetta.
We had a fantastic time celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. The ambiance, food and service were excellent. We definitely plan to return again soon!
Service was great! Food was delicious. Group of 6 and it was perfect ambiance. We talked comfortably with the noise level. Great choice!
We love Vinny's and have been going there for celebratory occasions for years. Last night we were celebrating a birthday. Every menu item is so tempting since all the entrees are made with incredibly fresh ingredients - it's hard to choose. Last night, I chose the pork shank with polenta and spinach. I have to say that it was one of the best meals I have ever had. It was tender, perfectly flavored, and a large portion. I can't wait to have the rest for lunch today. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal immensely. We will be back soon.
Pizza as an appetizer was excellent. Service was great. Lasagna good. Other food just ok. The artichoke appetizer too much vinegar. The chicken scallopini off on flavor almost tasted sour with the lemon and capers. Bolognese and ravoli pasta way undercooked. Maybe an off night for the chef?
food choices were excellently prepared and delicious. Calamari was tender, perfectly done. Service was good and helpful Will certainly return.
We had a lovely "date night" on Saturday at Vinny's. Everything was tops; food, service, ambiance and timing of everything!
Very disappointed, food portions were smaller than the last time I visited in Feb. A $2.00 charge for oil to be used with the bread was ridiculous. The best thing was the service. Not sure if I will return.

It was Easter menu so choices were limited to their special menu. Good food, have always loved the vibe inside....very Italian.
The food was awful. Too greasy. That was probably the worst meal I ever had. It used to be a decent place but not any more.
Always a great experience at Vinny's. Charcuterie, pear arugula salad, Wagyu bolognese and Branzino. All excellent. Terrific service. Highly recommended.
We have dined at Vinny's a number of times and it never disappoints. The food is delicious and each plate is beautifully presented. You can tell that they put their heart into making each meal they serve spectacular. Our server, Cory, was funny and very attentive. He anticipated all of our needs. Some members of our party arrived later. We mentioned to Cory that we would wait for everyone to arrive before ordering the bread service. A few minutes after they sat down, the bread arrived. Thanks for a lovely evening. Definitely recommend Vinny's for a date night or a group celebration!
Food is good but this is an Italian restaurant that does not meet the Italian standards. No bread unless you buy it. Every single Italian restaurant starts with bread. An Italian will never not have bread on the table. That is so standard that they would never think of charging for it. The food is good but definitely not an Italian portion. Everyone left thinking the food is good but definitely not enough. They used to give bigger portions. Now the chicken is maybe a little bigger than a tender. I think they are trying to keep their prices low by cutting down on portions. Think again because you should never leave an Italian place still hungry. Even the women left hungry and we had apps dinner and desert and then stopped at Collettas to eat after. These are basic things that are found in an Italian restaurant. Charge a little more and make bread standard and 2 pieces of chicken or 1 large pounded is standard. Nobody should ever leave an Italian place hungry. That does not fit the culture. We are Italian and nobody would ever leave our house hungry.
