Found this Gem on my way home.. the place is so cute, the service is spot on, and the food is immaculate. It’s been a while since I’ve had some good authentic sushi, and this place hit the spot for sure ! 10/10 would recommend. Everything was so fresh and tasty! Definitely coming back soon.

We are stunned, beyond!!! Who does this Sushi Employee think he is??? Please someone better tell this Man to learn how to compose himself, TF wrong with him - emotionally whining talking snapping back at the main GM, who btw is probably one of the BEST General Managers / Maitre D's & Restaurant Experts I've encountered through all my travels, around several Continents, this includes 5 Star Resorts, Dining Establishments and / or Hotels!!!
Mr. Erwin, a true Gentleman, is forthright, has an amazing knowledge and adapts very quickly to almost any Cuisine - Taste - Spirit and / or Wine - RESPECT!!!
He has the qualities and trades of a Four Season's GM - extremely respectful, he abides to a standard and high Decorum - he is well rounded and extremely in-tune with his extensive Clientele / Customer-base - very very impressive.
So YES we were STUNNED (UNDERSTATEMENT btw) hearing / seeing this Middle aged Man behind the Sushi counter mouthing back at his Peers - his Leader - his Conductor - his PRINCIPAL!!!! Just absolutely out of hand!!! Who he thinks he is - a "Primadonna" of Sushi making - please someone tell this Man to seek immediate Psychological / Emotional Help!!!!
Me, my Family, my Friends and Business Partners are beyond speechless to see such behavior unfold in front of our very own eyes, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Especially with the presence of kids!!!!
We will take a break of frequenting this particular Restaurant!

I had the WORST customer service experience with the restaurant. I get sesame tofu when I eat there but it is never listed as an option on UberEats. I’ve been told by this place in the past to just choose Sesame Chicken and, in the special instructions box, ask them to use tofu instead. I have done that in the past and it was never an issue - they always gave me tofu as specified. Last night I did it and got chicken. I can’t eat meat, so it isn’t something I could just deal with and eat instead. I called the restaurant to try to get it rectified and the guy who answered the phone immediately was giving me an attitude. He was talking over me, wouldn’t let me explain the issue or ask questions, etc etc. Eventually I was like “can you let me speak?” And after I said what happened he said, “Are you done?” And ultimately wouldn’t refund or fix the issue because he said the special instructions no longer show on the tickets (1. i ordered it how I have been told in the past by the staff to order it, 2. It not showing on their end anymore isn’t my fault or error so I shouldn’t be paying the price, 3. Why put a special instructions box if you can’t see what the person writes in it?, 4. I have done it a few times in the past and always get tofu so clearly they do see the special instructions, 5. If they switched to a system that no longer shows the instructions, again, that wouldn’t be my error so they should refund it because how are consumers supposed to just magically know that what they put doesn’t show up on their tickets anymore?)
So I waited an hour and spent all this money just to be served food I couldn’t eat and be given attitude. I used to really like this place and they used to be very nice - I don’t know if they switched staff since I last went or what but the way the guy spoke to me and handled the conversation makes me not wanna order from them or eat there again.

Went here for the first time in a while!
For our appetizer we got the Volcano Signature Chicken Lettuce and it was delicious! My only complaint about it is that the lettuce didn’t hold its form very well- but the flavor was great. I got the Manhattan Roll as my main dish and absolutely loved it. I also tried the Cashew Nut Chicken and the Mongolian Chicken. The Cashew Nut was a bit salty but still really yummy overall. I loved the Mongolian Chicken but the portion of it seemed quite small. All else aside though, the flavors were great overall!
For drinks, we got the Pear Margarita and Cheesecake Rum (I can’t remember the name of this one exactly). The Pear Margarita was really tasty and strong and the Cheesecake drink was super sweet (also really good!). I didn’t feel like there was much alcohol in the Cheesecake drink but I definitely still enjoyed it.
Our server was very sweet and checked in with us frequently. He was great! Atmosphere is also very nice. The music is a bit random for Volcano being an Asian restaurant LOL but still added to the atmosphere:)
Parking: Plenty of room to park and it’s free!
