Let me start off by saying, not all waffle houses are bad. This one in specific, wasn't bad , but the customer service sucks. It was 3am and I wanted to get myself some breakfast. When I pulled into the parking lot, and parked, I smelled marijuana in the air. It wasn't a surprise because I mean, it's the waffle house. I expect weird things of that such. I walked in to place an order an also sit down, but I did not see anyone. The dishes in the back were clean. Music was playing. So I left out after 2-3 minutes. Now here's the shocker. When I walked out. I figured the night crew was outside smoking, so I thought I would walk outside an interrupt the smoke session so I can get my meal fixed but that wasn't the situation at all. When I walked out, I saw the car jumping up and down. Let's just say. Whoever was working that night, was pulling two shifts, knocking the boots and making meals. I just got in my car. The actual man looked at me as if to say IM MOT GOING TO STOP KNOCKING THE BOOTS YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT.. In front of the store though... It was wild. I won't return. Not at night anyway.

Was visiting from out of town & this WH was close to the hotel where I was staying. I went, the service was good, the employees were well organized, cheerful & welcoming. I believe there was a line manager running things, which I don't think I've seen at a WH before. The food was served in about 5 minutes & was good. The place was pretty clean as well for the most part. I know WHs get a bad rap for being dirty with bad food, but it's not this one. I recommend trying this WH. ?
We passed literally DOZENS of eateries to get Gere? Why? Food. Service. Cleanliness. Obviously some folks are raking a LOT of pride in their place here. Highest-rated WH in our book!

The best Waffle I have been so far. Staff was wonderful. Food was great. The place was packed and people were waiting to eat. Staff new people by name.
Gosh I hate that I do not have the name of the server and cook that we had!!! They were so kind to us and our kids!!! They were so nice!!! Food and service was great and they spoiled our kids with Waffle House hats and lollipops after. THANK YOU! Never thought late family dinner at Waffle House would turn out so be such a memorable moment but that’s what they turned it into.
