Got a call today from a colleague that they were waiting almost 5 minutes to be served. We were on the call for another 4 minutes, when the colleague had still not been served. There was one customer besides him in the restaurant. The server was speaking to the guest and did not once acknowledge my colleague. My colleague left and went to another Waffle House where he was greeted as soon as he opened the door and his order was taken right away.So, I went to this Waffle House soon after to see what would happen. I arrived about 12 minutes later and verified the server and cook via phone with my colleague. I went in and stood where he sat and waited. And waited. And waited. I was not acknowledged by the same server for 5 minutes and 18 seconds. There was now a lovely couple and no one else in the establishment. The server walked right pass me a few times and did not utter a word to me. He went to wipe tables that were already clean. When the cook was done cooking the food for the couple, she turned to me and said "Hi. What do you need?" She was nice. I told her that I only needed to see how long it would take the server to acknowledge me - of which he never did. Sucks for him because I usually tip 100% at Waffle House. She was cool - love a person who has blue hair. ?I am giving a 3 because it was only one person who was not courteous. Re-Training would be a great thing. Customer service means a lot!I will come back another time for my hash browns smothered, double covered, double diced, and chunked.

This waffle house was so dirty bro , i walk in its plates everywhere napkins cups food everything on the tables & the counter tops , then soon as the lady asked me what im having i begin to talk she says im sorry what i have music in like huh i just left its 2:30 in the morning how is this place nasty like this ??

The service was slow even when there was no one else in there, Server attitude was horrible, and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. The music was something so loud you could not hear your own thoughts. I've been there before as well as in other locations but never had such a bad experience.

Sadie was our waitress and she was an absolute JOY. We came in with our 4 month old son and he did not stop smiling . She checked on us multiple times made sure we had everything we needed and had the absolute best attitude and energy .

The polite cooker employee he made my food in a hurry. But the other lady that was doing nothing. She said that it will take 7 minutes for them to start but no one was there. She didn’t ask me for any condiments. Again, I been to waffle houses in my hometown that would not act this way. The only thing she communicated was it ws for that it was time to pay.. Plus, I tried to call them earlier they didn’t answer. I called them plenty of times no answer either. I guess they want to work for free? Lol. I tried by luck to come here due to them not answering the phone with NO CUSTOMERS. I can understand why they have no customers because they don’t answer. But, why are you here? The only close to polite was the cook. Then the FEMALE employee told me “you can get your receipt fromThe printer” I literally got my receipt from the cashier area. I never had to do that. And if you run the cameras back she literally TOLDME to. If anything. Get new employees.
