WH does it up right for Valentine's. First time having reservations at WH which was amusing to say the least. Decorations were awesome and the red aprons really popped. Staff was on point and smiling which made for a wonderful overall experience. It was busy but they handled the rush well as usual. 10/10 would recommend

Waited for about 10 minutes for people to leave they offered us a two-seat booth for three people? We pointed out that a four top had been open for longer but had not been cleaned yet. Waited an additional 10 minutes we finally left.

The black woman with the scarf on her head who took my order had an HORRIBLE attitude. She also rolled her eyes because I was accidentally looking at the wrong “menu” that was literally ON the counter. Other guy who was the cook I believe was very friendly. Someone needs to fire that other woman. I don’t even leave reviews, but I HAD to for this restaurant.

Blue had excellent service it was his first day out of training he did great I did however notice that his coworkers were very mean and rude to him. Hopefully they can be nicer to him while he’s getting acclimated.

Nestor was extremely weird and unprofessional when I went to place a pick up order. I had a long shift and just wanted some breakfast food, and immediately after I placed my order he proceeded to guilt me for not wanting to have a conversation with him. He was really passive aggressive the entire time after, even when he asked me what condiments I wanted for my toast. I've been going to this Waffle House for 20 years and this is the first time have ever experienced such uncomfortable, passive aggressive behavior from an employee. I understand it was 11:15 pm but I am not an NPC and he signed up for this working at Waffle House. Genuinely extremely disappointed and will be going further down the street to avoid bizarre unwarranted harassment.
