It was good but I had to print out a tag at the machine and when it said to put my money but it didn't give me my tag, and it didn't give me my money back

This store horrible customer service I drove to visit Atlanta and wanted to pick up some items for my family after an 11 hr drive a baby s toddler and some grocery shopping I was exhausted at check out I found out I left my wallet at hotel hotel wasn't even twenty mins away so I pacifically to cashier I'll be right back right back not even 30 mins went past and one of the assistant managers put all my items back when she was told not to the. Told me well I understand but ppl say they are coming back all the time and they don't I'm like the first time I came my husband and son was with me they picked out items for themselves when I came back they didn't ride back with me so here's the inconvience of it all... smh one cashier offered like can we give her a gift card so the associate who put the items back said I can't do that of o don't have a manager approval they go get the manager only for him to say oh I'm sorry and that's it smh so disgusted with that staff and store
