Friendliest service with delicious coffee and treats! I am in from out of town. Stopped in yesterday to get a cold brew and veggie quiche. Both were absolutely outstanding. I was so excited that they had fat-free milk as 95% of coffee shops in South Florida do not offer fat free milk. Their mocha syrup is so delicious and not too sweet. The veggie quiche is fresh and tasty. They made my coffee exactly the way I asked. đ The girl at the counter was so friendly! I wish they had a store in South Florida!

Funny. My first vist, and I wanted food but they didn't have the chef working. It happens, lol. Very nice staff, and accommodating to my coffee preference. Very clean and great coffee house. I'd highly recommend. Gave 4 stars for the chef/food issue. I still need to go somewhere for food, but I have a great coffee here. :)

The pumpkin pie latte was one of the best fall drinks I've had! The only downside to Warm Waves being this good is it can be hard to find parking! They have a small lot out back but I usually opt to park elsewhere and walk over.
I've been here multiple times and always have a great experience. The service is terrific, and the coffee is amazing. I always get some type of latte, and they typically have tasty seasonal ones.
Just a few things to keep in mind- it does get busy, so you may not find a place to sit. And like other places in downtown Alpharetta, parking can be tough to get.

I love this spot so much. Anything I have ever gotten from here; whether itâs a drink, pastry, or even their food items; has been so mouth watering good. Like just me thinking about their products has me wanting to go visit them right now. Their drinks are perfectly curated and made with such love and care. The baristas know what theyâre doing and theyâre always so positive whenever youâre ordering. Customer service is perfect. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone meeting up with a friend or if you wanted to change up your work scene. This is the perfect place for that. The decor is not distracting and will allow you to enjoy the warm vibes.

Warm waves, warm hugsâŠ.same thing. Walking in to a little, quaint home in the middle of city life, itâs very peaceful and homey. Cool mornings, youâll find me here being able to sit inside or outside. Coffee was fresh, we got a brown sugar latte and it was so smooth with great flavor of both the coffee, warm milk and brown sugar. Only complaint is parking is very limited but hey⊠again⊠we are in the city. Figure it out people. For sure one of the best coffee spots in the area if youâre looking for staff who take their time curating what you order. Staff are wonderful! Happy to be at work :)

Cute space but the coffee has not been great the last two times I went. They advertise cute flavors but it does not show up in the drinks. Got a brown sugar latte today and it just tasted like regular coffee (not even espresso) with some simple syrup. Doesnât seem like a lot of effort was put in. The other location in Suwannee is a lot smaller but has better drinks and friendlier staff. They should also fix the WiFi if we are paying $8 for a coffee to sit and work.

I show up to the register at 12:59 to order food, they said âthe kitchen closes at 1â. I absolutely hate horrible service. In todayâs economy, you stay open⊠management should be aware of the âtoo lateâ posture from their staff
