Charging for extra sauce is CRAZY by itself, but slightly understandable. Taking my money and not giving me the sauce with my purchase is even crazier. But what really got me was ignoring my request, and then when I finally got someone's attention, they charged not 10 cents, not 25 cents, but 27 damn cents. If they want people to eat dry food, they should just put it on the sign 🙄.
I visit this Wendy's alot, but today is the last visit for me. The employees including the manager messed up my order 3 times. I took my food the 1st time and returned back and explained not what I ordered. The manager takes the food and did not verify my correct order. Meanwhile a very rude guy that was standing around closed the window in my face and thought it was funny. But what is funny is that all the employees in Wendys struggled 3 times to get a Hamburger order right and failed. When the mangager brought my order for the second time she stated check to make sure its correct and it was still wrong. She took it back and returned quickly for the 3rd time and basically shoved a burger in my hand and did not say check to see if it was correct , instead she walked away. Obviously she is a new manager because she along with the cook and other staff couldn't get my order right. What a big joke. Its a Hambuger people not rocket science. I lost my appetite. Will not return here again. This Wendy is disastrous. If you go here, just look into the window and you will see what I'm talking about immediately.

The drive-thru staff that handled my online order at 10:30 am this morning (1/26/2025) went above and beyond for me and gave me 100/10 customer service experience. They were awesome, and I will definitely be going back to see them.

I purchased food from this establishment not too long ago.. The food wasn't so bad. However, the coke started tasting like perfume after drinking it half way down. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS A FRAGRANCE ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES WAS WEARING OR WHAT? I DEFINITELY FEEL SICK NOW. I WON'T BE EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! KEEPING THE DRINK JUST IN CASE.

Today I order a chicken blt with no mayo. When I got my food. The sandwich came with no bacon and extra mayo. I fill like they did it on purpose. If I wasn't so far on the freeway. I would return for my money back

I found a hair in my food, it's very unpleasant. They should be aware of these situations, because they will ruin the customer experience.
I ordered a single with NO cheese, No tomatoes and NO pickles. But I received a Double with extra cheese and extra bacon. So I called and spoke to the night manager and it’s clear more training is NEEDED and understand if you messed up our order don't insult me by giving me a time frame to return. If it was done right at the time I ordered it we wouldn’t be having this conversation nor would I be typing a review. Being HUMBLE especially when you mess up goes a long way!!
