I had one of the worst fast-food experiences at this Wendy’s location. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I stood at the counter for over three minutes while all the employees chatted among themselves in Spanish, completely ignoring the customers waiting to order.
When I finally got someone’s attention to ask about using a promotion code sent directly by Wendy’s, the store manager responded rudely, saying, “We have issues with these offers,” and then turned her back on me mid-conversation to place another order. I was stunned by the disrespect and arrogance.
I asked another employee for clarification, but they were equally unhelpful and claimed the issue was with Wendy’s app, not the store. The overall attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable — especially from management. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it until major improvements are made in staff training and professionalism.

Very bad customer service, especially from the guy who is working there right now, apart from the fact that they scam you, after charging you for the full combo which includes the drink, he then takes a drink away from you and tells you that he hadn't charged for it, when you pay him again, he charges you for another full combo and only gives you the drink that you were missing, this is a call to the customers who frequent this business, PLEASE CHECK THE RECEIPTS CAREFULLY WITH EACH PURCHASE
