I ORDERED CHILI no utensils, am I suppose to eat with hands. I also ordered a Dave's single and fry without salt.The bag was ripping apart and the person laughed when I shared the fries had salt and when he gave me the new fries. My bag was extremely grease and you can tell, they actually don't care.By the score I see why. NEVER will go here, you think because its close to Alpharetta there will be some class but nothing of that nature.Really disappointed ?Corporate really needs to look at reviews.You can't tell it's hurting the Brand.How sad ? ? ?

Excellent service and piping hot fresh food! I have been going to this Wendy’s ever since I moved to Alpharetta and they always get my order correct. Every manager I have seen there is always friendly and cares about their customers. I have seen multiple bad reviews about this store but they obviously don’t understand that these people are humans too and make mistakes. Please spread kindness for all of those who serve you food!

Manager Rosa is one if the worst humans I've encountered, she has to be an industry plant. No one can be this ignorant to decent human interaction. Idiocy. Acts as if she has no more than 1st Grade education. Ask her a question, she just stares at you like a 6yr old. Absolute moron. Her other manager V-something is an arrogant prick. My refund was refused and did not get the food I asked for.

While in the drive thru we asked for one moment to decide what to eat. Not even one minute passed and the lady whistled at us and told us to hurry up. I’ve worked fastfood and I know that the drive time is not that important. The service used to be good, but now its not. I would not recommend going to this Wendys.
