**Another Update: Nov 4th 1:40pm and my last visit!! This place is HORRIBLE! Once again, I DIDNT GET WHAT i PAID FOR and the customer service was abysmal today! I asked for more crackers that WERE NOT BROKEN INTO SAND and she refused. I had to get out of my car and go inside to ask for crackers, awful customer service.
***Update Sept 16th at 2:20pm another bad experience, ordered $15 for one burger and fries, asked for a cup of ice and ketchup. Was given a child cup and ONE ketchup packet!!!!!! Awful!!
***June 12th at 6:30pm. The service is sooooo bad at this location!
After so awful experiences I will never come back until they clean house! It was so bad I gave them back the wrong thing I ordered and after the short dark-haired older lady was arguing with me, I asked for a refund. She is the same lady who was rude to.me last time. She needs to be replaced because this regular customer will not be returning!

Manger here in mornings,Hispanic lady I think purposely gets order wrong because it’s never right. I always ask for extra cheese sauce on breakfast sandwich and never put on. Today was so dry I had to add ketchup. And will automatically ring you up for a large combo when clearly says combo comes with small

Charged me for my meal at the 1st windows, but as I leaving, claimed that my card did not go through. Checked when I left to find that I have been charged twice with 2 different amounts (meaning I must have paid for someone behind me whose card did not go through). Meanwhile, no receipt provided and food was far from fresh. Will be filing a complaint with corporate and my bank.

Trying to recieve an door dash order for my customers, the employee who was sitting at the window doing nothing didn't respond to my request for my orders for doordash. He just sat there ignoring my requests. Another worker had to ask me for my doordash orders and another rude driver behind me was asking what's going on with the long wait. Besides that the food was prepared fast. I will not be in the area for any longer for doordashing because of the treatment I have had in the alpharetta area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wendy’s thanks to the amazing manager, Natasha. From the moment I walked in, her professionalism and positive attitude stood out. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and made sure each order was handled quickly and correctly.
The service was incredibly speedy, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious — everything came out perfectly! You could tell Natasha runs a tight, well-organized team that truly cares about their customers. It’s rare to see this level of excellence in both customer service and food quality these days.
Overall, everything was exceptional — the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the service, and the food. Natasha truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She’s a perfect example of what great management looks like!

Food is usually ok service sucks and if you don’t tell them regular size they will charge you for a Xxl even if you don’t want it

I ordered a caramel cold foam coffee, but instead I got a cold brew with Cool Whip on top. i went in nicely and asked them to remake it, but both managers decided to argue with me, letting me know that is correct, but obviously cold foam does not look like Cool Whip after arguing for almost 15 minutes. I finally got the right coffee
