The person who took my order in the drive thru was polite. There was absolutely no line which was nice. And the breakfast sandwich was delicious! I also loved the potatoes and the iced coffee. 😋

Okay so I usually don’t even do these but for this I had to. There is a general manager named Natasha Tomas at this location. Nastiest woman I’ve ever met. First, I ordered a crispy chicken blt No drink No fries. This lady charged me for not only a large drink but also a large fry. When I talked to her about it and explained that I didn’t want that she said it would take too long to do the refund. I said okay cool. She offered me a super small frosty instead I declined because I’m like why would I pay for a large drink and get that small frosty. So I got both and left. But as I left I realized the sandwich had cheese on it. I don’t eat cheese and didn’t know it came on the blt because it’s not advertised like that. So I came back immediately and asked for a refund. She starts remaking the food. I said no mask I just went my money back I’ve already been on break for 45 mins. She said I’m not giving you your money back because you made the mistake. I was a manager at Zaxbys for 7 years and had never even thought about not giving someone their money back that asked for it. Especially if they bring the food back untouched like I did. Completely unprofessional and really uncalled for. I don’t get upset easy because I’m 6’3 300 pounds I’m a big dude I don’t want nobody callin the folks on me. But this was ridiculous. And what’s makes it worse is that she is an older black woman. I know I can’t stop people from going there but I just wanted to share my horrible experience. Do better man

I ordered on three different occasions a single with mustard and ketchup and NO CHEESE. Said NO CHEESE 3 times each time and received cheese on both sides of burger each time . Please close and get new workers.

Please stop defaulting orders to large and triple burgers. If I order a number 1, I don’t want the largest version of it unless I specifically ask for that. I know this is an upsell technique but it’s really annoying and wasteful.

Got two meals from wendys. Meal 1 biggie bag and asked for bacon double stack. Double stack missing bacon. Meal two, sweet tea tastes old if not expired. My large frys was less frys than my friends medium frys. Be sure to verify your condiments before leaving the drive through, as we have to now.

I usually enjoy coming here but the experience i got tonight was absolutely atrocious. The older gentleman at the drive through has an unnecessary attitude and needs to step away from the job if he can't handle basic customer interactions. He berated me for asking to pay with change then shorted me a dollar. When I came back to get my money I was shorted I was told to "now get out of my drive through". Absolutely terrible experience and not sure I'll bother coming back here again anytime soon.

The (old) man at the register rudely interrupted his colleague to take our order when she was already taking it.

Then he upcharged our food by making them triple and size large without asking, I can only assume to get more money.

Then didn't provide a receipt so we can't contact customer support to file a complaint.

Otherwise, we have had a fine experience at this Wendy's, it is just this man that seems to be the problem.
