Horrible customer service. I placed an order for pick up but after arriving the staff gave the whole order to the wrong person. I asked if they could remake it, t manager declined. I asked for a refund for the food I never received, manager declined After waiting over a month to hear back from Wendy'e support they agreed to a refund in the store, but when I got there again the manager had me wait an hour in the store to then say she's too busy to deal with this and would not process a refund. Extremely rude management and staff, would not recommend spending your here.

As a mother of a toddler, budding entrepreneur, and hospitality enthusiast, I feel that this atmosphere is great for Mom’s who want to just sit with their toddler and chill for awhile.
I recommend inviting a slowdown into your day and dining in! It’s very peaceful (I went with my daughter around 11am which is right before lunch hour.)
The food was fresh and the environment mildly inviting. I would come back to this location specifically. Now I’m imagining a Wendy’s near a lakefront 😩✨ that would make it at 5/5

Food was normal, but there is an unnecessarily rude older Hispanic lady working the second window at the drive thru, I added a second sauce to my order at the first window and pulled up to the 2nd, I asked her how many sauces were in my bag, and she says 1, I then tell her that I added a 2nd one at the first window and she argues with me about it and I tell her she can ask the lady at the first one and she slings the second sauce at me in her frustration, I not once got angry or upset with her during the interaction and was simply trying to make sure I received the 2nd sauce that I told the staff multiple times I wanted. If you want to be demeaned and talked to like a dog go to this Wendy’s 🤣

I asked for bbq sauce I got my receipt that says I was charged 50 cents for mystery sauce I told the manager I did not ask for this why was I charged I asked for bbq sauce. She told me wendys is now charging 50 cents for any and every sauce. 50 cents is an absurd price for 1.35oz of sauce that is insane when zaxbys charges 25 cents for 2oz of sauce. (And they have been for years i expect it at zaxbys) I dont need to spend my money here and I want my 50 cents back. I have never been charged before for sauce here and obviously did not expect to be charged for a normal flavor sauce. I can understand the promotional sauce perhaps having a charge, but the regular sauces? That's ridiculous you won't see me at wendys again. The employees were polite to me and I did not get my 50 cents back. 50 cents is a fourth of the price of what i ordered tell me that's not crazy.

This was one of the WORST fast food experiences I’ve ever had. My husband, my kid, and I came through around 6:30. We ordered a #7 (no onions, no condiments), a Wednesday kids’ meal, and some other food. We get home and the kids’ meal has NO nuggets. At this point it’s almost 7 and my kid has nothing to eat, so I immediately call and drive back.
When I get to the window, the girl working was nice and handed me a replacement kids’ meal right away. No problem with her at all. But then I mention that my burger was wrong too, and she gets the manager. That’s when things went downhill.
This manager came to the window extremely rude, aggressive, and flat-out accusing me of lying. Even though his employee remembered me, and even though I could show proof of the charge, he kept saying “no, no, no” over and over like I was making it up. Seriously? Why would anyone drive 10 minutes back for a missing kids’ nugget if it wasn’t true? Also he should teach his employees to get orders correct and provide receipts if he doesn’t want to take the customers proof.
His attitude was disgusting. He talked to me in a way I guarantee he wouldn’t have if my husband was the one at the window. And judging from other reviews, I’m not the first person he’s treated this way. He needs to be fired immediately.
Disgusting service. Disgusting manager. I will NEVER be back.
UPDATE: Filed a complaint with Wendy’s and the district manager apologized for his behavior and sent a gift card. Make a complaint if you have a similar situation with this manager.

As someone who had his own issues with the service and then looking at other reviews…. It’s 2025, why can’t these people figure out how to handle mobile app orders without acting like a bunch of cry babies?

Have used the mobile app and chosen multiple times to pick up via Drive Thru, even at this location. This was the second time I was told I had to come inside, the first time wasn’t a big deal, I was confused, but could tell that they were busy so went in and grabbed my food. Today the parking lot was empty, I was the only car in the drive thru, yet was told I had to come inside. The person on the intercom didn’t speak good English so I thought it might be a language issue. Drove around to the window to show him the app literally told me to go through the drive thru. He wouldn’t even look at it and said I had to come inside. I went in and watched them put my food in the bag right next to the drive thru window and then hand it to me. It felt insanely petty and they were rude for no reason. I won’t be back.

Just ordered. Food is great, per usual, but confused by why the guy taking orders (Karan, it shows on my receipt) was noticably annoyed, frowning when I got to window, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than customer.
