Where’s The Scoop is one of my favorite local spots and the atmosphere cannot be beat!I recently chose this shop as a place to host a benefit night and the event couldn’t have gone better!Would definitely recommend going here for a fun time and treat!

Wasn’t impressed. Actually, was quite disappointed. Got a slice of cake and bubble tea. I would have gotten ice cream but they didn’t have waffle bowls or cones (just a waffle they could put ice cream on top of?). Weird for an ice cream shop.The cake tasted pre-packaged and was stale. It was mediocre at best. The bubble tea had no boba and had an average taste. Associates did not seem happy to assist, oddly a bit pretentious. For the price, (tea and slice of cake ~$16) - I would not return.

A friend of our daughter works here so we decided to give it a try after lunch, ice cream was great, it was great to see all these teenagers working hard giving great service to customers, if in downtown Alpharetta definitely worth a try

Everything was so good but the best was the Service. We asked them if their hot cocoa was halal and kosher and YES in fact it is.

The bubble milk tea was very watered down and not like normal elsewhere. I'd not go here for bubble tea again. The ice cream on the other hand was amazing! Loved watching them make it too.

Although the ice cream was good, I would be wary of returning to due service slowness (roughly a 20 minute wait) as well as staff not following health/cleanliness protocol (i.e. cleaned up a spill on the floor and didn’t not change gloves after transitioning working to food/coffee line until requested to do so by customer, as well as another staff member having their nails poke through the gloves).
Great place with very welcoming hosts, nice concept with students making the fresh ice cream and lovely terrace. Highly recommend the bubble tea as well. We visited in August during a crazy storm, the store was closed, but the kind host welcomed us inside and served us delicious ice cream and the best Taro bubble tea I´ve had so far. Perfect dessert spot after a delicious meal at the Smoke Jack, right across the street ;) and forget about calories that day, worth it :) !

Where's the scoop? More like where's the customer service. The place supposedly closes at 9:00pm but on a whim decided to close at 8:45 with customers literally waiting outside to enter and they closed the door in their face . I understand that maybe to finish all the orders you may run after 9. However they could ask everyone to collect the order and leave. Not leave half a party of customers outside waiting on everyone else with the poor excuse that orders would run until 9:30 It's a glorified Coldstone with a preset menu-it's not brain surgery- they should be able to handle 5 more orders All our party was out by 9:05pm Super rude and overrated - Go to Kilwins Also no trash cans outside To kick us out and have no trash cans - do you want us to litter ?

Quick refreshment while in the area. I ordered a green tea and it was pretty good. I’d definitely return here if I’m ever in the area again.

So good. Many options without being overwhelming. I got the affogato, which was delicious! I love how the espresso is served in a tiny cup on the side, to add the desired amount of coffee flavor- makes the perfect custom dessert. I got a Chai Milk tea boba which is very good and I recommend. My mom got the lavender wild berry, which was good in my opinion, but my mom absolutely loved it. She also got the vietnamese coffee, which was just ok. She'd give it a 3/5. Very friendly staff, very clean, and adorable halloween decor.
I'm not a big fan of ice cream, but this ice cream is really good!!!
