We always enjoy a delicious sandwich here. We love that there is a vegetarian patty option, unlike other big brand burger joints. I really like that they have a customized form where you can select your preferences from options and have a totally customized sandwich wrap. There are a lot of healthy options which is what I really appreciate. The staff is courteous and the Sandwich is ready in a few min. Their online app to order beforehand and their discount option for members is also appreciative. I highly recommend this place for a good healthy and tasty sandwich wrap that is totally made according to your taste.

Very poorly managed... 1 guy making sandwiches on a busy Friday night...took 35 minutes to make a basic turkey sandwich. Very unfriendly and non apologetic. Very disappointing for Which wich, as the one in East Cobb is amazing.

3rd time ordering for delivery and they failed me again. Online orders have not been fulfilled everytime. Either a chip or drink or sandwhich is missing. When you call, you can not get a hold of anyone until you call multiple times. Then they put you on hold and tell you they can not send another delivery for you and you have to go to store to pick it up (after they have already charged me $5.99 for delivery fee). oh, they also told me their website does not offer delivery option when I literally just placed it via which which website for delivery. HORRIBLE customer service.

When you spend $9.50 on a now “favorite†meatball sub you'd think it'd be hot....meatballs were cold and cheese wasn't melted! Also it's a rinky dink size sub for $9+
