I rarely write negative reviews and I'm saddened to write it about this place because my family and I use to love the food here over the last 2 years.. but our last visit was very disappointing. First of all, we were seated at the patio and I guess the hostess never told anyone we were there so we sat there for 25+ minutes before we were acknowledged at all. We ordered chips and queso as an appetizer and it was almost inedible. The chips were stale and hard, the queso was thick and oddly tasted like tap water?? Not good at all. Our fries were cold and soggy with our entrees.. my burger was cooked well but it had zero seasons on it whatsoever. Same with my husbands fried shrimp, cooked well but absolutely no hint of flavor. This is really disappointing considering how expensive the food is here, a burger and fries being at least $20. Would have had a more tasty meal at a fast-food place, honestly. As i said, this has been a go to spot for my family and I for a long time, but not sure what has happened recently because the last few times have been hit or miss. Hate to say i probably won't be returning anytime soon.

The chicken and biscuits were delicious, but the meatloaf and green beans were not good. If you are willing to take a chance, this place is a hit or miss.

Had the meatloaf with the sides of mashed potatoes and sweet potatoe fries. They were all tasty. Got full from the meatloaf and mashed potatoes that I couldn't finish the sweet potatoe fries. I don't live close to Alpharetta so I might not be back, but if I did live closer by, I might return.

Rick and Emily were horrible !!
All the patrons at the bar just conduct business.
Would not this restaurant to anyone.
I complained that people were on their phones speaking out loud and I was asked to leave the establishment

Very disappointed had a reservation they sat us down when we first got there which was great but after that no one ever came to our table no one acknowledged us nothing I don't even think they know we left we were there for at least 15 minutes before we decided to leave because we noticed no one looked up at us no one came to the table and it wasn't even that busy we're not asking for five star treatment but at least offer something to drink and let us know that you guys are busy or short staff and we would have understood that alot better than what just happened

We were seated for 15 minutes and NO ONE came to serve us at all. Not offer water or anything. So we got up and left

To my surprise the chicken parmesan was very good. They served it over Spaghetti which is a very good idea as the chicken stayed crispy. Also, chicken was cooked perfectly. Dishes are not over priced, so would go back to try other items.

My wife and I read the reviews and wanted to try someplace new, so we gave this place a try. When we walked in we were greeted right away and shown to our table. Our waitress “Kim” came to our table and greeted us right away as well which is always nice. We ordered pretzel bites for the appetizer which sadly were not that good. Tasted and appeared to be thrown in the microwave ( do not recommend). Then we ordered our food. Kim did an amazing job checking on us throughout our meal. My wife got smashed potatoes as a side which they came with bacon mixed in. On the menu it doesn’t say anything about bacon being mixed in which I’m not sure if they add stuff in another sides (just be careful, if you have a food allergy). Overall the restaurant is kept very clean and once again, “Kim” did a great job. I would definitely come back again and next time I know to ask if anything else is added in.
Parking can be a pain depending on when you come. We had to park a little bit away but there is plenty of parking which is also free.

I have been dining here for the past 3 years and every time I've been here I've came out satisfied with the food and service. For the first time this was horrible treatment. I only ever order 1 thing here, the flat iron steak. When I received my order today they gave me exactly 5 thin slices of steak... I asked my waitress why I was given almost nothing and she got the manager. I tell him this is the only thing I ever get and this is not right. The manager proceeds to look at my plate and Instead of fixing the problem he doubled down and said rudely "you probably ordered a tomahawk ribeye last time, the flat iron has always been 8 oz" knowing well he is looking at 2oz of steak on my plate.

I don't think I've ever experienced a restaurant rationing steak before. I paid $24 for 5 slices of steak that is half the width of your pointer finger. When pointing out their mistake, they did not fix it and were rude about it. Thanks for treating a long term customer wrongly.

Upper class menu with delicious options from burgers to balsamic brussel sprouts, albeit small appetizers.

I tried the grouper sandwich, rather plain but the fried fish fillet carried the flavors. Appetizer of choice was the cheddar cheese curds, crispy, airy, and delicious, however very small portions (~15 curds for $9).

The real star of the meal was the side- balsamic brussel sprouts. A large portion of perfectly seasoned and softened sprouts.
