I got the 10 pc wing combo with Spicy Korean, Cajun, and Mango Habanero. Flavor-wise they’re solid, but the spice level is definitely off none of them were really spicy. Still tasty though. The fries were really well seasoned, which was a nice surprise.
Order was ready right when I got there 👍. Only issue is the Uber Eats listing is missing the street address, which made it a little confusing to find.
Good flavor, just don’t expect real heat 🌶️.

I understand new restaurants need time to work out the kinks, but this experience went far beyond that. I actually ordered here prior to this experience and I wasn't pleased. However, I decided to give it another shot.
I placed an order an hour in advance and arrived on time. Despite this, my food was not ready. I remained patient due to it being game day (Superbowl), but after waiting nearly two additional hours, the staff stated they had no record of my order and were unable to locate it in their system.
There was little to no customer service during this time—customers were not greeted, food sat on racks unattended, and patrons were calling out order names to help the staff. Management presence appeared minimal and there was no sense of organization or urgency.
To make matters worse, when I called to resolve the issue still no sense of urgency to refund me or to accommodate.
Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly managed. This location needs to improve its structure, leadership, and customer service, as this was a disappointing experience for the community. I won’t be back!!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order for wings on Monday, 2/2, scheduled for pickup on 2/8 at 5:15 PM. I even called on 2/7 to confirm the order and ensure everything would be ready for the pickup day.
When I arrived at the scheduled time, the order was not ready, and staff were unable to provide an estimated time for completion. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially after planning ahead and confirming the order in advance.
I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar situations in the future, as this experience did not meet expectations.
In such a short period of time I had to go elsewhere to pick up wings. That was very unfortunate when an order with you all have been placed in a week advance! It’s Super Bowl weekend one of your busiest times of the year. Why wasn’t this planned out for your staff better!

Keep the money. Not coming back. I ordered online for Superbowl Sunday for 6pm pickup. 6:30 now and there are people with 5:30 pickup times that don’t have their food yet. Not missing the game for this. See ya.
This is by far the nastiest wingstop I EVER been to! It’s like they use different recipes than other wingstops - I have gave them a chance atleast 3-4 times and every time it goes wrong!! These guys need a course on how to follow actual recipes.

I visited this new location on Sunday, Jan 19th to place a carryout order and had to wait 45 minutes for a 6 piece boneless wings combo. When I finally received my food, the fries were super cold and my order was wrong. I ordered mild/LP. I received boneless mild wings. The only good thing I can say about my first experience at this location, is the customer service was still good despite the long wait times for the food. The young man who seemed like the leader kept a level head even though it was very chaotic in the store.

Okay so they did mess up my order, but it was a busy saturday night so I completely understand. What I was impressed by was the customer service! Very rarely are the workers at a Wingstop so accommodating and quick to fix mistakes. Specifically, the worker grayson (if I heard her name right) was so kind and friendly when helping me get my refund! I hope she has a great day 🙂↕️

This my second time receiving bad food 🤢. Who’s in charge of this establishment? Like you guys just opened up giving people bad food plus bad service. And why nobody wearing gloves or have on hairnets?🤢 then you guys keep touching your phone private area not washing your HANDS! Please close this place down in our prestigious neighborhood these folks are absolutely trifling! The Manager are unprofessional and need to be trained on customer service.

Prompt and personable service, fresh fries with the right amount of seasoning, bag neatly packed (with all the sauces), and ready on time.

Been here two times so far and I gotta say that it was definitely worth the wait for this wingstop to open. Service has been top notch every time. I highly recommend and I hope that it stays like this and it doesn’t fall off over time. They did forget my cheese cup once but I’ll let that slide lol

I received raw chicken in my order and there were multiple strands of hair in my food as well. I noticed employees not washing their hands and touching their pants a lot pulling them up 😐 don’t eat here or any of these locations in Alpharetta. Go to the Kennesaw locations instead! Much cleaner over there.

If I could give zero stars then I would. To start off, this is a brand new store that just opened in our community and I’ve noticed the way they treat their employees. For one though, some of the shift leads always miss my food whenever I order here. I think his name was Chandler but I had to ask another employee for his name because there are no name tags that are worn so you don’t know who you’re speaking too unless you ask someone else. Second, the music being played in the store was absolutely inappropriate. I was with my daughter inside the store one afternoon here and the employees were dancing along to explicit music in the store being blasted as loud as possible. Third, I came inside the store recently around the evening time and I found out that the hiring manager for this location named “Chip” and the area director named “Michael” suspended or terminated one of their general managers because he had to drive his wife to their doctors appointment because his wife has cancer. I saw the police show up and everything to trespass this manager because of “Michael” and “Chip” calling them. I witnessed everything personally and I will never go back to this store location because of how they are treating their employees. It’s absolutely disgusting that this is how you’re running your store and it’s brand new. Well, good luck on keeping your employees around if you’re going to treat them like garbage when they’re doing nothing wrong!
