Placed an order yesterday afternoon for pickup and when it arrived, it was closed before the said closing time. There was an employee who took down my information and said that I’d be contacted to be refunded. I’ve called 24 hours later which of course no answers and still haven’t heard from them. Not sure if they are permanently closing but they need to update their website and not be able to accept any orders on the Toast website.

Avoid this place. We went in on 11/15 at around 2 pm and tried to order margaritas. The lady working told us we can't order them until we know what we're eating. We finally ordered everything. The food came out and still no drinks. Asked for ketchup for the fries but was told she had to make some, never did. After we were almost done eating the margaritas came out, worst "margarita" ever made. We decided to cut our losses and leave. We asked her to take the margaritas off the bill since no one drank them. She said that's against policy and that we NEED to pay for margaritas and the manager will refund us tomorrow... we told her we're not comfortable paying for something we didn't drink. She said it's theft to not pay for them. Finally she called her boss and got it voided. Avoid this place at all costs! No customer service whatsoever. No wonder no one was there.

Service was horrible. Told the lady we were in a rush and then she said it at a table while she took someone else’s to go order, then came over and took our order. We’ve been sitting here for 25 minutes. Still do not have our food.The music is so loud you can’t even talk for the person you’re with
