The food was honestly disgusting. The chicken was a dark gray color, and it was very rubbery. The interior smelled awful and was filthy. My son ate here, and got food poisoning after eating a small plate of chicken tenders.

Just picked up dinner and now I remember why I haven’t been to zaxbys in forever. Asked for 2 extra sauces and got no sauce at all for either of our meals. The chicken tenders have definitely gotten smaller, which I wouldn’t have cared about much if the chicken hadn’t been so greasy and rubbery. Fries were undercooked and soggy. Honestly overpriced, just such a waste of money and disappointing. Will likely not be back to any zaxbys location.

The manager there is very nasty they rush you out the line with bad food wrong area for bad service the manager needs to be replaced. im calling the corporate office on her. Spanish manager she must go

I cancelled the order and they couldn't give me a receipt showing the credit.
Won't be going to these franchises again , I don't beg for food.
