In Saturday, September 27, 2025, around 3:00 p.m., I ordered 2 of yr chicken finger plate. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the fries. Even the fingers were warm and not fresh. They were warm to almost cold, dry, and clearly had been sitting too long. This has been a recurring issue with your fries, as they do not hold up well when not served fresh.

I considered returning them but honestly did not feel confident that the manager on duty could properly address the issue. On a previous visit, I had an order problem and the young man with black hair did not handle my concern well. In addition, the young Asian woman assisting at that time gave me a very unpleasant look when I tried to get the issue corrected.

I have been coming to your restaurant since day one, and I have always appreciated the food and service. Lately, however, the communication, customer service, and food quality have been slipping just not fresh.

The food is amazing everything cooked fresh. I always come here because I absolutely love the quality of the food. The employees are very friendly ❤️

The food was honestly disgusting. The chicken was a dark gray color, and it was very rubbery. The interior smelled awful and was filthy. My son ate here, and got food poisoning after eating a small plate of chicken tenders.
