Food is always 20/10. Normally got through drive-thu so don’t really have much to say for service. When I do go in though, it always smells nice (but not in a fabreeze type of way, more of a food aroma) and it feels homey in every one you go to because they do the clever thing of designing all the locations the exact same way, but with different decorations.
This location is a quality Zaxby’s with one exception. More on that later. Employees are very friendly. The chicken tenders are crunchy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. Their unique fries are their same tastiness. It’s cleaner than most other fast food joints. Downside: the soft Christian rock piped in is enough to keep me away FOREVER.

I requested my fries crispy. I guess I upset the staff this night. Friday 16th of August '24 at about 630 because my fries were inside my coleslaw, and they left my sauce out. After working and being polite with them, this kinda feels not good.
