We hosted a Christmas dinner for 14 guests. Went to the Pollard corner smokeshow. They calculated the right amount of pulled pork, pulled chicken, and hash. Advised us how to keep warm until serving. Nothing but accolades from everyone.Thank you so much smokeshow, you are allsome .

Does it better than this? It can but the standard is very very high. I just got the pulled chicken sandwich with Carolina Mustard 2 days in a row and sheesh it's amazing! When i come to play disc at the IDGC this is a no brainer place to grab great food rather quick! Thanks for being here!

Poor customer service! Stepped up to order at food truck, and girl along with 2 others in truck were talking, didn't hardly acknowledge that I was there throughout the whole transaction!

I had the pulled pork and hash/rice today. BBq was great and the hash was great. One suggestion is the pork was too long. Make it smaller in length.

This is the BEST BBQ I have ever had!!!! Also the potato salad and coleslaw is just as delicious!!! I definitely recommend this place to everybody!!! So glad we found it!!!
Stopped at the Smokeshow wagon at Pollards Corners... Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs. First the wait was far too long just to order (10 mins.. almost just left), and too long after ordering (15mins) considering that the ribs should already be cooked right? The half rack was a decent generous portion, and the taste was decent, however they were tough. Needed to be cut between the ribs with a knife... this tells me they were rushed and not smoked/cooked long enough. So considering the wait and the ribs not being worth the wait, I think I'll pass in the future... but certainly good enough if you don't have any other choices.**Response to owner.. thanks, but don't be confused.. I dont need you to cut my ribs.. I was saying they were so tough that I had to cut them with a knife... ribs should pull apart by hand or fork tender..

I don’t understand why there’s not a lot of reviews for this AMAZING food truck as there’s always a line of people waiting to get this YUMMY BBQ! This was our 1st time, but definitely not our last. We had the BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICH with the POTATO SALAD which was to DIE FOR and the MAC n CHEESE. The pork was perfectly seasoned and did not really need any BBQ sauce because it was THAT GOOD! With the BBQ sauce it made it 10x better! Can’t wait to try other items from the menu!!!
