I couldn’t understand what they were saying multiple times and they were out of breakfast items at 9:30 in the morning. I guess I’ve gotten spoiled with Chick-fil-A. Don’t think I’ll be going back to any Burger King’s.

My chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and appears to not have chicken in it. This is disgusting. I tried to get a refund and did not receive one. The fact they can even think to serve someone this is just nasty. I will NEVER be coming back here again.

Incompetent staff; drive thru had precedent over in store customers. 30 minutes for. Fast Food ? Whopper Burgers were warm not hot off the burner. Floor was greasy as if it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. So greasy my cane slipped on the floor.

Amazing place,I was there with my daughter and the employees were so sweet,the place was so clean,it’s so unbelievable.my daughter even told me she loved it!we need more people to be like those employees!

Sitting in drive and it like no one was listening to my order she repeated it several times and didn't even repeat it back correctly and it's a team leader. And then with no one in the Drive-Thru I was told to pull forward and wait on my order of two items

Upon our recent stop on our road trip we stopped at a newly remodeled Burger King. Thr staff was friendly, the single female bathroom and single male bathroom were clean. We were greeted warmly and our order was taken by a very helpful and nice woman. The drink area hadn’t been wiped so getting our drinks there was soda on the bar. When we got our food to go we had to request the sauces again that were originally ordered. Although it says three of each sauce we were given 0 until we asked and then were given 2 of each. Upon exiting we realized the kids meal was missing the nuggets! So we went through the drive through adding time onto our trip for the nuggets. Burger King is known for amazing flame grilled burgers and hot fries and neither were the case. The whopper patty was on the room temp side with a partially stale bun. I’m glad we were able to get the order corrected. Would I choose this location again, maybe on a trip with hopes they have improved. We will have to see.
So I left new albany indiana this morning driving a twenty six foot moving truck. I arrived at the hotel next to this burger.King and after I got done checking in it was 11:53 pm and they close at midnight. The 3 women that were in there were busy cleaning everything up for the night and they heard me knocking and came to the window.At about 11:56 pm. They were kind and gracious enough to still take my order even though they were pretty much closing everything up. And after a long day drive like that I was really hungry. .I've been in that situation before amd have been turned away because ot was too late. But thank to these lovely ladies I was able to place am order. This was the best experience in customer service I have had with fast food in a long time thank you very much. I am horrible with spelling and my memory is not the best. I want to say their names were Anaya, Maya and Briche. Again, I apologize if I misremembered the names. Or spelled themand correctly. But you have 3 great workers here that helped am old hungry feller out

Well my husband just picked up some lunch with a coupon for 2 BACON!!! Cheeseburgers and they did not but the b, BACON on the burger!! This what makes you wonder if the employees they hire even care about the job they do that's why all the fast food restaurants in this town are closing!!
