There were 3 people working the line, and it appeared to be the manager on the cash register and verifying orders. Unfortunately, rather than helping with an incredibly large online order, he yelled at the line staff that they should have worked faster and already had the order done. The 2 working did an excellent and efficient job and kept apologizing, but they could not have done any better. Poor management and very hostile rather than building his workers up.
The past few times have not been great, but Mike was able to resolve it with not only his customer service, and to go above and beyond for his customers, but as well as the sub it was good and everything I ask for thank you Mike, when visiting ask for Mike he’ll get you right, thank you again!
