Brought my friend last Sunday it was his first time at Zaxbys! The front cashier was phenomenal and super friendly and top tier service! Food was great!

Erykah B was the nicest, most professional, down to earth person I have come across in a restaurant since we started our trip a few weeks ago. She was knowledgeable and welcoming. Honestly, if she isnt a manager already, she should be. Give her a raise. Food was pretty good too!

extremely slow service, inside they were out of lids, straws, even some cups. my food sat for 5 minutes before the employee finally noticed and handed it, by then it was getting cold.

Waited over 20 min in the drive thru very few cars in the drive thru takening for ever ... the car sitting at the speaker in front of me has been there 10 min Noone help them yet they finally pulled off I get asked to hold a moment and we are still holding now 5 plus min ... something needs to be done here

Somehow they were out of fries during lunchtime which is pretty stupid if you ask me.Edit- Had a buddy of mine that worked here for a bit tell me that the manager at the time was, let's just say, less than savory to work with and threatened to fire him if he didn't come in while he had a cold. Now I know who service has been really slow recently. Must actually suck to work with that.

Disappointed by the Lack of Professionalism
Our visit to this Zaxby’s started off on a great note. We arrived at 9:15 PM and were pleased with the initial service—ordering was quick, and our food was ready by 9:23 PM. The meal itself was good. However, the experience quickly went downhill when we realized the cookies from our order were missing.
We sent our child to ask about them and were told it would be about 15 minutes. After we finished eating, he went to check again and was given the same response: they still weren’t ready. We waited longer and eventually went to the counter, only to witness staff laughing at our kids while acknowledging that the cookies hadn’t even been put in to bake yet.
At this point, we had been waiting over 45 minutes. My father had to get a staff member's attention, who then passed the issue off to someone else. Instead of offering a resolution upfront, we overheard one employee question the other with, “You didn’t even offer a replacement?”—clearly indicating the situation wasn’t handled properly. Even more frustrating, they went to the back only to return while laughing and checking their phones. Eventually, they offered six cookies “for the wait,” but by then, it was 10:30 PM—over an hour after we ordered.
This experience was extremely disappointing. What began as a good first impression ended with poor follow-through, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior from the staff. It’s unfortunate, because the food and initial service showed promise—but the way this situation was handled made it unlikely we’ll return to this location.

Dropped in with the family unexpectedly. Food was great. Folks at the counter were nice. By the sounds, it seems like the folks in the back were having a decent time and got along as well. Seems like a good environment.

Just ordered a grilled chicken combo…. Was very nasty bread was hard and old seemed as if they gave an lifted over fixed sandwich that was cold… very upset at point cause I left restaurant before eating my food… would never send anyone to eat this bs in. Ashburn Ga… need to shut that shit down… ps greasy ass floors too I should have known better

Only had a drive thru and could not get in to use a bathroom and order food. On the road you need to make a pit stop for food and bathroom breaks. We left and went somewhere else.
If I could give a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. The shift working when I went was a bunch of kids playing instead of working. Didn't get my order until almost an hour after I placed it online. When I went inside to get the food, I was laughed at because I asked how long it had been sitting out. Ended up with a burnt chicken breast sandwich that went straight to the garbage.

I absolutely love Zaxby’s and consider it one of my favorite restaurant chains, but this location was an embarrassment to the name. The building was in abysmal condition. Broken A/C, bathrooms trashed, a dismounted soap dispenser, and more flies in one place than I’ve ever seen. Unsanitary would be an understatement. I have developed rashes prior to visiting. Likely from bugs.
Service was equally disappointing. Most of the staff stood around doing nothing while one overwhelmed employee frantically tried to keep up with chicken orders. It was painful and utterly heartbreaking to watch. We ended up requesting a refund due to the unacceptable conditions and poor service.
This visit was a complete waste of time and does not reflect the quality or standards I’ve come to expect from Zaxby’s, every other Zaxbys location I’ve been to has been phenomenal on every standard. Management at this location needs to take a hard look at how far below par this store has fallen.
The waiting is too much for being a fast food restaurant.
