This restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was just a short wait and our food was fresh and hot. We enjoyed our food it was made well and exactly as ordered. This was our first time at a Zaxby's and we'd definitely visit again!

Couldn’t get my food cause the drive-through eats up all the orders so I went inside which didn’t provide no more help because the line was long top of that every time I’ve went there they’re shortest staff or closed this place is horribleNa
The team and the manager were awesome!
I saw the manager personally making sure that every order got all the attention it needed and man I was out of there in no time everybody was working so happily I forgot I was at a fast food place and realized that I was in a good place!!!

The staff was nice, but that’s the best thing I can say about this place. When we walked in, it smelled weird and it looked grimy. Then after we ordered, we saw a mouse scurry past the trash can. We order our food to go and the order was mostly correct, just missing the egg rolls. I tasted a fry and had to have a drink because it was salty. Somehow the bread was salty too. So disappointing.

Very disappointed. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch fry and got no bacon, cold fries and barely any ranch at all. The wait was long enough to get my order right. I will not be returning.

Food was covered in hair, half the workers were sitting at tables hanging out and didn’t get any sauce. bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Will NOT be back
