This place and its management / staff are AWFUL. All I did was try to call just to speak to a manager and the girl answering the phones said I couldn’t talk to one and proceeded to laugh in my face and hang up on me. When I was finally able to even reach the manager, Eugenio, first of all he wouldn’t even let me get a word in to tell him what my issue was and he basically just didn’t care. I’ve been here multiple times and given my money to this business and to be treated like this is so unfair and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. I will never be giving this establishment my money or time ever again because of how rude and how disgusting they treated me. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money and just go to another local mexican restaurant that actually respect and care about their customers. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever again.

Food was ok. Nothing terrible, nothing great. Had the birria quesadilla and the street corn cup. Both desperately needed salt, and the corn cup needed more lime and tajin. The quesadilla was nice and cheesy, it just needed some flavor. The ladies behind the counter were lovely and friendly.

The birrias tacos were super delicious. The tamales were also yummy!! I would drive 90 minutes to get these tamales again! I live in Florida and will take a drive just for this authentic Mexican food!

Very nasty people! Very unsanitary! (Watched a girl go to break and came right back on the floor cooking without washing hands) Rude! Laughed at me in my face when I asked for my food to be made correctly. And told me he wasn’t making it. With other employees beside him laughing in my face. Honestly I can be starving and I still wouldn’t settle for them! The most nastiest, disrespectful, hateful group of employees and manager i ever met or who ever he was taking my order and the rest of them in the back. Needs new and respectful employees or needs to be closed!

I have to say it, this is the worst food I’ve ever been served. I couldn’t even consume it. I literally cannot force myself to eat this. The rice is terrible, the beans are worse than the rice, and I’m not even sure the “carne asada” is actual meat.
The fact that this left the grill and made it to a take-out container is mind boggling. Mind boggling! If meat looks and SOUNDS like this does, throw it away and start over. To serve this to a paying customer is unbelievable. I wish you could hear what it sounds like when I hit this “carne asada” against the plate.
My first time visiting for “authentic Mexican cuisine” and this is what I got. What a shame.
