on this date and time, it had been 7yrs since the last time I ate at Burger King. I ordered 2 whopper juniors and a chocolate shake, and a vanilla shake, too. I took out the lettuce and onions, and ate the rest. It was Better than I remembered it to be, I've always been a fan of the whopper juniors and after eating these 2 juniors I told myself : self let's not wait 7yrs before we have bk again... #missingBKnomore #returningFan

They were rude, ignored people, had no ice in the drink machine and just kept ignoring while we were trying to ask, didn't have straws or lids for the size drink we got, and got multiple peoples orders wrong. It was a hot mess

Ordered 2 #1 meals 1 with cheese 1 without cheese and onion, 1 enlarged 1 not with onion rings and side of mozzarella fries. Total 27.94. Gave 100 dollar bill. Night shift manager Valencia Price had to be called to give change. She came up with an attitude saying, don't take no higher than a 20., I am tired of having to stop what I am doing to come break money. She left still griping. I asked for hee name she and her sister who was on my side of the counter told me. Then we got our drinks, while we could here them fussing about being short if help and our order. We got our order and it was wrong, sloppy and soggy. I wasn't about to complain because was scared of what might get next. We won't be coming back.

Drive thru takes too long. Isn't it supposed to be FAST food... I was asked to pull forward and it's taking longer than I should have to wait. Then the 3 drinks we asked for Dr pepper, root beer and mellow didn't taste good. They also need a health inspection done. After waiting for 20 minutes we get the food and my Dr pepper still doesn't taste like it should. I refused to except the other two drinks.

Walked in the door about 2:45, six cars in the outside, did not get waited on 415 minutes or longer, got the new $5 meal fries with cold chicken pieces were burnt
Lady was very rude I brought my crew to eat and she said I hate being around Mexicans very bad service dirty and all she did while taken our orders was cussing us out .

What I love about this particular Burger King is almost always there is never a long line and they ALWAYS get my order correct. I have encountered no rude individuals as of yet and they have thus far operated in politeness and professionalism. When I'm in a hurry and want a bite to eat in the Shotwell Street area in Bainbridge, GA, this is definitely my most popular go to restaurant simply because of my valuable time schedule. I pray they keep up this great momentum. GREAT job thus far Burger King.

Got there there cussing thru the intercom as I’m taking my order laughing not taking stuff serious didn’t get the order right the was rude about some Lady that was in management shirt and worker terrible service wouldn’t correct order said had to go all the way around again just to order when there the one horse playing not paying attention to customers orders

We didn’t order anything because the lady was rude and left. It was raining hard and pulled up to window cause we couldn’t hear. We was told to go around and order again because they only had 3 people working at 7:25pm on Saturday. We will never be back again and will be reporting to corporate on Monday.
