Need to be shut down breakfast biscuits always burnt and hard. This is the last time me coming to Burger king because the lunch is crazy too. The lines be crazy inside and out with only 2 people working which makes customers and workers frustrated.

Me and my husband came through drive throu we ordered the SpongeBob box the food was not good. The burger was so sloppy and too much ketchup and mayo it was dripping all out the burger they were out of the strawberry shortcake pie and we waited literally 45 minutes getting our food.

Tried the drive through as I was on way back hunting. Nobody was at the drive up placing an order and after about 2 min a voice said can you hold please. 5 min later still nothing so I left. After making the left turn around the building, there was 1 vehicle at the windows and as I slowly passed the lady working there yelled something like I said hold on, or something to that effect.
Nope! Don't need that even if you are overworked! Bye!!

This dining experience was bad. There were 3 workers (that I could see). One lady was brand new, one was the cook and the other was the manager, or senior staff. The manager was on a personal phone call (speaker phone) and trying to take care of drive through, but failing miserably. The new girl had to leave the counter to ask for help placing orders. The manager acted exasperated with the inconvenience. Finally it became an argument between manager and employee, with the manager openly complaining about having to take care of everything for everyone. We had to give our receipt back to the manager so she could figure out what we ordered. The drink machine was out of almost everything but coke vanilla and mellow yellow and mug root beer. Plus there was no carbonation (soda was flat). The ice machine didn't work and asking for ice from staff was uncomfortable. Burger buns were stale, tomatoes were soggy. Terrible service and meal quality for $37 and change (can't remember exact amount because we never got our receipt back). The biggest point I'd like to make is, through all of this, the manager remained on the personal phone call (on speaker phone) and acted like we were annoying her. Very unprofessional.

Bad service today I had one guy doing the drive through order when I didn't get no service for at least 5 minutes inside when I left getting my food the other workers outside in the car smoking they should shut it down bad service

When I went in to sit down around 4pm the server has just finished a driver through order. He started to walk toward me but must've heard someone on the headset because he held his hand up for me to wait and then laughed as he went back to the window.
He did this a couple more times seeming to find it funny that I was standing there waiting.
I finally left without ordering.

Tried to order food from the drive thru and I ordered my first meal and started yo order my second meal and the worker stopped me and asked me what I was trying to do did I want to order the first meal or did I want something different I told him just don't worry about it and I pulled off.

How can the sign say open til midnight and then when you try to order food from the drive thru at 11pm they say there is a 20 minute wait before you can order anything and then proceed to tell you must wait in front of the building.
