I hadn’t eaten here in a while due to the service and decided I would give it another try and I regret it. I ordered last night 12/19/25 and spent $54 total. The order was wrong, i ordered fried okra and got Mac n cheese, the potato was a bit over cooked and stuck to the skin and it was supposed to be a loaded potato but it came bare with a side pouch of sour cream and a small butter so I’m not understanding what’s loaded about that. The food wasn’t even warm let alone hot and the fish was more like long fish fingers than battered fish as there was no crispy to it at all and they’ve always been famous and well known for the crisp and those crumbs at least they was. I was highly disappointed as it was definitely not worth the money. The only thing that was good was the funnel cake sticks I couldn’t eat the fish I just threw it out I was more upset than anything so I couldn’t. They love to say they’re sorry but sorry means changes not just words look at this food seriously

Jordan was very nice and helpful with our order. She even recommended a drink for the wait. Even though it was a wait due to short staff, I was satisfied with my order and my experience. Thank you Jordan

I recently moved to Bainbridge. I've eaten there twice, each time the bill was around $12. The servings are very stingy, I will not bother to order food there again. I expect a decent plate of food, not a few scraps of fish (which is cheap) and not much else. A complete waste of money.

Best experience ever, wonderful staff, excellent food, great prices!!!
We waited 30 minutos or more for our food. Husband went to check and they said they lost the ticket. Their service sucks. I am not coming back

Tried the $5.99 meal with the two lobster rolls and fries, and I was honestly blown away! The lobster rolls were packed with flavor, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty.
Everything tasted amazing, and for the price, it’s an incredible deal. Great food, quick service, and a clean location. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Server's we're great, but the fish was a little grease.
The radio in the dining room did not work and should have been turned off. Our drinks were double made.

We ate here for lunch on Sunday. The employees here are rather inexperienced, however they are nice. There was a nice girl at the register that was very new on the job, and although she was doing her best, we ordered a loaded baked potato, and she had issues putting into the register. No big deal to us, but what was a big deal was her co-worker just stood by watching as she struggled. Definitely no team environment here. I wish the best for the girl who's brand new.
The food was hot, fresh, and crispy, so no complaints there. But the restaurant cleanliness is a different story. Tables not wiped down, the floor was filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, soap dispensers in the bathroom were not working. And with that being said, if the soap dispensers in the bathroom not working I'd like to know of the employees are washing their hands after they use the restrooms. Id like to know if the dining room is filthy, then is the kitchen at all clean enough to cook food in.
I'd love to return, but with how the cleanliness was I'm not sure I will. And that's sad, because at least the new girl (if not the one cooking as well) deserves customers to return.
I'd also like to add, although I understand that the restaurant has slow moments and you have nothing to do: With how dirty the restaurant is and the second girl (not the new one on register) on her cellphone nonchalantly, she could have at least been cleaning something. Or at least wipe down two tables at a time. There's something she could have been doing anyway to help the restaurant succeed.
