There slow an not enough help. The drive thur os aweful. 30 minutes is too long to wait on. A 5.99meal.

Tried the $5.99 meal with the two lobster rolls and fries, and I was honestly blown away! The lobster rolls were packed with flavor, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty.

Everything tasted amazing, and for the price, it’s an incredible deal. Great food, quick service, and a clean location. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

We ate here for lunch on Sunday. The employees here are rather inexperienced, however they are nice. There was a nice girl at the register that was very new on the job, and although she was doing her best, we ordered a loaded baked potato, and she had issues putting into the register. No big deal to us, but what was a big deal was her co-worker just stood by watching as she struggled. Definitely no team environment here. I wish the best for the girl who's brand new.

The food was hot, fresh, and crispy, so no complaints there. But the restaurant cleanliness is a different story. Tables not wiped down, the floor was filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, soap dispensers in the bathroom were not working. And with that being said, if the soap dispensers in the bathroom not working I'd like to know of the employees are washing their hands after they use the restrooms. Id like to know if the dining room is filthy, then is the kitchen at all clean enough to cook food in.

I'd love to return, but with how the cleanliness was I'm not sure I will. And that's sad, because at least the new girl (if not the one cooking as well) deserves customers to return.

I'd also like to add, although I understand that the restaurant has slow moments and you have nothing to do: With how dirty the restaurant is and the second girl (not the new one on register) on her cellphone nonchalantly, she could have at least been cleaning something. Or at least wipe down two tables at a time. There's something she could have been doing anyway to help the restaurant succeed.

I was so disappointed, after years I got a chance to stop and get some famous fish. There was nothing nostalgic with my visit. The serving of fish was extremely small, the batter has changed and there was no "little crunchy bits" . The whole place was dated .

I have never been more disappointed in Captain D's. The cole slaw was so spoiled, (see pic), I almost got sick after 1 bite. It ruined my whole meal and took hours to get the taste out of my mouth. I thought it looked funny but I took a bite anyways (I'll never do that again), and it was so disgusting.

Parking: The front entrance has two doors, one of them was still locked at 4:30 pm. Fries were cold, music would play for 5 sec then turn off for 5 sec then turn back on repeatedly. Tables and floors were dirty. Cook shouted, "I am only one person", which I thought that was normal. Not a good experience, however, the fish was good.

Disrespectful and nasty people.. I informed them that my sandwich had bones in it, and they did not want to give me a refund. They did not want to remake my food, just disrespectful and disgraceful.

As usual, the food was delicious. The poor rating for service was due to the associate taking drive-thru orders one after another after another while ignoring the customers standing right in her face. I even asked, "Are you going to take our order?" She continued to ignore us and kept taking drive-thru orders. This is NOT quality customer service.
