Saturday evening, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and side salad. Horrible sandwich, chicken was cooked, but completely cold, so had been sitting in a holding space for at least an hour. The salad was so-so, nothing special, chopped salad and two grape tomatoes. Really nothing to brag about at all!

I’m so disappointed, never had a bad experience at a chick fil a restaurant before but there’s a first time for everything. My chicken was cold with the new pretzel roll and I’ve never been so sad with a sandwich. I made my boyfriend try it and he was shocked as well at the temperature of the chicken. Just wanted to share my sad and disappointing experience
