“I went by this restaurant yesterday to get dinner and the service was excellent. I called a couple of times before arriving to see what my best options were for my order and Mr.Ricky was pleasantly patient and helpful with me as I have not ate at KFC for sometime. The reason being my history with this restaurant at another location was not very nice. When I arrived, he was already waiting to help me. I believe his help Alicia or Alyssa, as I am not great with names ,was very helpful friendly and all three of us ended the experience smiling and satisfied. I know I was and the meal was great. KFC won my heart back with these two employees.“

“I have very rarely had a bad experience at this location. Last night changed that and was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. For starters they were extremely under staffed and only one young lady up front making drinks and taking orders. The wait time to order was longer than I have ever experienced and we were the only people in line. As we were waiting 2 people walked back up with messed up orders one was a young man with a gluten allergy and had asked for gluten free. They proceeded to take the ingredients off the gluten bun and just transfer them to the new one which he had to ask them again to remake bc those ingredients were already in contact with the gluten. Then as we finally were ordering the young lady didn’t know how to remove the lettuce from my sandwich asked the manager for help and was told he didn’t have time. He finally walked over removed the items and left. When we received our food the fries were cold and my sandwich still had lettuce etc on it. All in all just not what I expect from this restaurant“
