I have been here 3 times since opening. First 2 times the service was terrible. Tonight I went with a small group, was charged for 4 Margaritas when my group only ordered 3. Even with every person at the table explaining to the manager, and the server telling the manager we only ordered 3 he still said the ticket was right. After more insistence from us He took one (1) dollar off the bill and still charged us for 4 margs and then proceeded to charge an automatic gratuity of $36. I will never be back.

My family and I eat at this location regularly and usually have a great experience, but tonight was disappointing. My daughter ordered a new dish that included steak, chicken, bacon, and shrimp. She didn’t eat it because she’d already filled up on cheese dip, salsa, and Halloween candy. When I was boxing up her meal to go, I noticed there was no shrimp on the plate. Since the dish was over $19, I asked the hostess to see the menu and confirmed it was supposed to include shrimp.
I politely asked if they could add the shrimp to the plate so we could take it home, but the manager came out and said there was nothing he could do since I had already paid. As a former server, I completely understand how the industry works, but I wasn’t asking for a refund or a replacement—just the shrimp we had already paid for.
Extremely disappointed in tonight’s service and how the situation was handled.

Bought the Jalisco Fajitas. Massive amount of food. Delicious. Perfectly serves. The Ribeye was good. The rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce, ect was ect. Ordered just one drink. It was very strong & lit me up. A great deal, I was very happy with. Ty.

Best Mexican restaurant in Bainbridge. Quite possibly THE best restaurant in Bainbridge, for that matter. Honestly we go a couple times a week sometimes and don't get tired of it. The food is consistent and service is generally/overall very good. Faves include street tacos (pastor, barbacoa/birria), fluffy tacos, El Jalisco bowl with barbacoa, quesabirria, guacamole. Also, the fries dipped in queso... you're welcome.
Only caveat is the consomé tastes like it mostly came from a jar and lacks the fatty richness and depth of flavor of an actual broth. It's a small complaint though.

Crystal was a phenomenal waitress and very friendly. This was the first time that I went cause my cousin came into town for my birthday . The food was phenomenal and I will be coming back cause I live here in Bainbridge.

The huy hostess was eating food while waiting on me, the. When I asked for the drinks, he put his hands all in my cups. When I asked him to not make my drinks, he comes over red stuff all on his hands from whatever he was eating. Why he didn’t wash his hands de and why he had his fingers INSIDE of my cups was crazy. And how the manager and and the waitress thought it was no big deal was concerning. And then watching the same waitress wipe the seats down and the tables with the same rag is even crazier! First and last time! Glad I travel cause this ain’t it!!

Make sure you check your receipt for correct charges of food. Ordered a la carte and was charged for an entirely different meal 12 dollars more. Then the manager comes to us and tries to tell us that we should have sent the food back to get the correct meal. He confronted us at our table and was completely unprofessional telling us what we need to do next time and not take the meal. We will not be back. Pathetic way to treat your customers.We told the waitress 5 times we ordered a la carte and they took the food back and brought it back and said it was correct.
