Hoss’s Reviews
My husband and I love Hoss's catfish filet and sides. We went for the first time with family and now we go just about once a week. Keep cooking that good food.
Our little family just went in for our first time. We were in absolute heaven. I got the ribeye and this literally was the best steak I've ever had and im a steak girl, I've had my fair share. No sauce was even needed. Friendly and attentive staff. We all left so happy and full. Will definitely be back & ASAP.
I ordered 40 leg quarters and 13 pounds of pulled pork for a gathering only two days before the event. The food was hot and ready to go when it was promised, and it was DELICIOUS! Thank you, Hoss's!

Hoss's is a small, country-style diner that serves fantastic food in a cozy atmosphere. The walls feature a wood and deer mural, adding to the no-frills ambiance. The menu offers delicious options, including jumbo tenders, brisket-topped potatoes, and ribeye steaks that are cooked to perfection. The shrimp and grits with sausage is a popular favorite. Hoss's is known for its delicious BBQ and seafood, with many customers enjoying the BBQ ribs, which are seasoned and smoked just right, needing little sauce. The diner has gained a reputation for being kid-friendly and is wheelchair accessible, making it a nice place for families. Friendly and attentive staff ensure a pleasant dining experience, although there have been some recent reports of service inconsistencies. While prices may be slightly higher than similar establishments, the quality of food and service make it a worthwhile visit. Many customers have praised the brisket and fried green tomatoes, along with the All-American burger, fried chicken stuffed spud, and sweet-style slaw. Some guests have even described Hoss's as a hidden gem, making it a place worth returning to.
