I went by this restaurant yesterday to get dinner and the service was excellent. I called a couple of times before arriving to see what my best options were for my order and Mr.Ricky was pleasantly patient and helpful with me as I have not ate at KFC for sometime. The reason being my history with this restaurant at another location was not very nice. When I arrived, he was already waiting to help me. I believe his help Alicia or Alyssa, as I am not great with names ,was very helpful friendly and all three of us ended the experience smiling and satisfied. I know I was and the meal was great. KFC won my heart back with these two employees.

KFC is back in Bainbridge ga, I had stop eating there until until about 3 months ago, the chicken is just like the original back in the day and those potatoes wedges are awesome, I can eat a whole box of them the chicken is so go and food is always hot and fresh, I don't know what happened but I am glad they are back to the amazing restaurant they used to be thanks KFC for my amazing meals 😋

At 72 years old I can no longer, because of tooth/gum problems, purchase chicken from KFC Bainbridge, Ga because they do not make original chicken. There's no difference between original and crispy. Disappointed....

It is now 11:15 a.m. The posted hours on the Bainbridge, Georgia location door and online say that it opens at 10:30 a.m. The lady was walking outside, smoking when I pulled in. I had to wait on her to walk back in and come to the drive thru window, only to tell me that they aren’t open. I asked her twice what time they did open. She finally said about ten or fifteen minutes. Very unprofessional.

Good customer service, welcoming environment, and great food. We even went through the line again just tell Mrs. Tiwanna thank you for being so sweet and welcoming she even talked to my two babies after a long day of being on road stressing about one being in the hospital she turned our day less stressful!

Brutal service and no fries after waiting in drive through forever. It seemed like management had left for the evening because they were sluffing off and not trying to do their job very well at all!!
Decent food. Often "out" of chicken tenders or other chicken. Drive through order speaker has been out of order for quite a long time. Severely understaffed though staff is friendly. Have waited over 30 minutes for food multiple times only to have incorrect and/or incomplete order given to me in drive through.

I haven't eaten here in over a year or two, I'm glad new management has taken over. The food and staff has been friendly and pleasant. Now I will come back to KFC. The Colonel would be proud of this new management and crew at the Bainbridge location
