Decent food. Often "out" of chicken tenders or other chicken. Drive through order speaker has been out of order for quite a long time. Severely understaffed though staff is friendly. Have waited over 30 minutes for food multiple times only to have incorrect and/or incomplete order given to me in drive through.

I haven't eaten here in over a year or two, I'm glad new management has taken over. The food and staff has been friendly and pleasant. Now I will come back to KFC. The Colonel would be proud of this new management and crew at the Bainbridge location

Me and a co worker stop by here to grab something to eat to take back home. We was told that they just drop some chicken and it would take 20 mins ( no problem we will wait) but at the same time there was an employee at the counter on his phone that didn't acknowledge us whatever he was doing on his phone was more important than the customer!
I took my little granddaughter there today and I cannot say enough about how sweet and kind all of the workers were! They doted on her and made her feel so special and I really appreciate that!

Their hours say they open at 10:30am.. I showed up at 10:30am and went to the drive through. No one said anything through the intercom. I decided to wait patiently, assuming they were running a few minutes behind. At 10:38 a female employee came out the back door of KFC to tell me that they weren't open yet, and said she had shouted that to me 3 times from beside the building. When I said okay and apologized for not hearing her, she had a very rude look on her face, rolled her eyes and then walked back inside. Management needs to clean house.
