Could've been better solo clean newer building but you gotta keep it clean to keep it looking new guys you can do better food was warm like it had been sitting awhile and cold fries with no salt ugh

Very poor service. No welcome, no one came to the counter, no receipt paper when we placed order for ourselves. Only reaction we got was with the girl who gave us our order and she was very sweet, remade our drinks for me because was not marked and I am dibetic and needed to know which one was diet, this need to ne noted in training to mark the lid when diet is ordered because the customer may have a restriction or medical need to have to have that drink. The service was very slow as they had no line going for the front orders and was getting mixed up. If they had workers working front orders and ones working windows and had some kind of line going they would not of had so many order getting messed up, and so many waiting on food. Not only that we had throw our sandwich away because the bread was hard and could not eat it. This McDonald's use to be our it place we hardly even go here anymore amd this is why.

Every time I come here my food is wrong current burger salty as all out doers and my burger is burnt no ketchup as I requested or onions slow service and the lack of attention is horrible

I ordered 2 large fries and a large sprite. When I got home, we noticed that we didn't get a lot of fries. Nor did she give me a receipt. The fries were sooo greasy that I didn't eat them. This was a waste of money.

We made a mobile order and we got to the 2nd lane bc there was a single car in the first lane, after 5 cars arrived and ordered we moved to the first lane. We still had to wait for the associate, while hearing their whole conversation, it wasn’t appropriate. We finally we got to announce the code and pull around after 20 minutes of waiting, only to get confused for a different order at the main window. Not to mention in that time I tried to call the store twice and got sent to voicemail both times, at the second window we saw the manager. Without a hairnet. I’m honestly appalled by everything that happened and will heavily consider returning

Waited 20 minutes for my order. I had to leave to go to work and couldn't wait any longer. We asked for a refund at that point. I was waiting inside after placing my order via kiosk, and was never acknowledged by staff, given my cup for my drink, or updated on why it was taking so long. The man that was mopping was blasting inappropriate music from his phone which was pretty annoying.
When the manager finally looked over at us, she silently did the refund, smacked her lips at me, and handed me the refund recipt without saying a word or trying to fix the situation.Then, on top of that the food was finally ready (from where we were sitting we could literally see the food sitting in a bag nearly the entire 20 minutes so the food was going to be cold either way, and the employees were goofing off) and the manager tried to shame us by loudly telling the employee to throw away all the food. I didn't want the food, didn't ask for anything free, I just wanted to leave at that point.
Also, if you ever need a refill at this location they give you dirty looks and make you feel like you shouldn't be bothering them.

Once at this location a homeless man asked for the food off of my tray. I told him no, and one of the janitors kept walking by giving me a side eye and shaking his head at me then gave the man food in front of me??

So basically this place hates it's customers and don't want you there.

Usually the food comes out quickly and good so I can put up with all of that to get a quick bite to eat but this was a new surprise.

Dining room always has crumbs and is dirty. Even if you're the only customer in the store you have to search for a clean space to sit.

my fiance and me Ordered two forty pieces Of chicken nuggets, and we only received one of the 40 oversfault.It's McDonald's, is fault, so if you order through it.Doordash or uber eats do not get chicken nuggets
