Last week a sausage biscuit was missing from our order and we were told they would make a note and credit us. Went in today and they said there is no note and because of that we were not credited. How many people take time out of their day to scam McDonald’s out of a sausage biscuit?? Unprofessional and sloppy. Egregiously incompetent workers, completely unsuited to work with the public. How much are these people getting paid to NOT do their job?

Horrible experience, they are always out of food, they don’t have any customer service at all. Mainly the night shift. They are very rude, argue with customers on the microphone, just horrible . I wouldn’t send anyone to eat at this McDonald’s in Bainbridge ga!

The McDonald's in Bainbridge GA is trash!!!! We put a order in at 9:15 with the online app. 10:35 no food they said they will not be cooking passed 10. I understand that but it was put in way before 10....... Can not get food right and shitty customer service.

Well we waited in the drive through for ten mins got no service. Drop up to the window No one was in the drive through and got up to the window to the manager tell us we are short staff and we could have waited. See four employees come from an area where they were all making tea so I thinking maybe it took that many people do that one task. Very poor service and they never asked to make it right and never asked to take our order. Have had several times at this same location that the service is very bad. Will never return there again. I know McDonalds is better than that get it together. Very disappointing

I was in drive Thr around noon I bought 2 Big Mac Mac meals got them home the sauce on it tasted bad 2 different people said it I didn’t even tell her about it n she said the same we had to throw it away I tried calling to let them know they didn’t answer the phone
