Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut in USA. Waited 2 hours for food and it was cold when I got it. Made me pay in advance so I couldn’t leave. Employee told me I should expect to wait 2 hours. You really cannot make up what happens at this Pizza hut in Bainbridge. Go here if you want to have a terrible experience and ruin your day.

Every time i go to this pizza hut im disappoint its something about the way they cook there pizza is totally different than other pizza hut the pizza is always dry and order always wrong please dont eat here

awful pizza with hardly any sauce or pepperoni on it. ordered cheese sticks with marinara but was told couldn't have Marinara unless paid extra simply because did not offer a tip when was pick up service. what did you do to deserve a tip?

Entire order was garbage. No sauce on pizzas. Wings were cooked too long & was hard. Pasta had very little sauce & was cooked to long & dried out. Breadsticks were suppose to be bacon & cheese & was only cheese & was also cooked too long.

Arrived thinking we could dine in as I have done since childhood. Unpleasantly surprised we couldn't.
Poor service, rude management. Ordered pizza through GrubHub before 8 o’clock. Pizza was supposed to be delivered within 45-60minutes. Received text that it would be 30more minutes. After that, nobody called about my pizza. Called Pizza Hut main line to get a resolution. The night supervisor recognized the pizza was still there, and they were about to close. When I addressed to her, nobody had called me about the pizza, Pizza Hut nor Grubhub, she offered to just give me the money for the pizza. She said, “We have no affiliation with grubhub.”The principal thing is, if you see a pizza just sitting there, with a customer’s name and number on it, you’re the supervisor, wouldn’t logic dictate that you call grubhub and the customer. Not get nasty with the customer. I called the main Pizza Hut to get grubhub’s number, and the recording said, “We are closed.” Called to talk to day shift supervisor, and he was no better than then the night shift supervisor. I would never order from neither one again. Pizza Hut used to be better than this. I will be telling my friends and family not to patronize them anymore. Attitude changes the taste of your food.

I ordered delivery, Big Box, which they did not bother to put the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks in. I also ordered extra ranch, which was not in with my order when delivered. (I paid $4.69 delivery + $3 tip on my card and another $5 when delivered bc of the storm and the kindness of someone willing to bring it to me as I am disabled due to a car accident.) It was raining pretty heavily, and I am just down visiting. I called, and the young "lady" asked if I could just either go up there or go somewhere and buy some ranch. Did I not just pay for it, as well as for it to be delivered? I just wanted them to know so they could pay closer attention to orders going out after mine. The girl was not happy with that advice, even if I was sincerely nice about it. Anyhow, the next day, the manager, Mr. Aaron, called me back and asked me what had happened. I explained it all. He gave me a credit that can only be used at the Pizza Hut here in Bainbridge, but I am dog/ house sitting, so Idk if I'll get a chance to use it as I live an hour away. Needless to say, the cheese sticks were dry without any marinara. The dogs got to enjoy them. The pizza was okay; a bit greasy. No complaints on the pasta. Chicken Alfredo was surprisingly done perfectly with no hard spots in the pasta. I would have given 1 star as a rating, but considering Mr. Aaron called me back and tried to make it right, I will give him 3 stars for his efforts. Thank you, sir for the credit.

The girl at the window was friendly. We had to pull forward and wait for our food to finish even though we got there at the ETA that we were provided for our online order. The pizza was undercooked and not piping hot, so I don't know why we had to wait for our food if it wasn't hot when we received it.
