Young man taking orders at the drive thru was excellent. He had great customer service, didn't have an attitude, was fast and accurate with our order. Service total was ok. We had to pull up and wait for our food along with a few other cars. We were also missing items, but the food came out hot.

I ordered 2 pieces dark meat and a biscuit. I received a very small drumstick, thigh and a biscuit and it cost over $10!!! I was traveling so I couldn't turn around and complain but almost $11 for that is ridiculous. I'm never going to another Popeyes again. IF HIGHWAY ROBBERY WAS A PLACE!!!

We don’t eat a lot of fast food, but we decided to order online from Popeyes to get it quicker, I was wrong about that. I got to the drive thru window and had to pull up to the side door where I waited 15 minutes until they finally brought my order out. 6 other cars came thru the drive thru and they got their stuff and were gone. I will not make that mistake again. Look at the Chick fil A across the street they are packed then look at the Popeyes parking lot and there are hardly any cars. Whoever owns this franchise needs to better manage this place better. Popeyes sent me a survey but I need the receipt to fill it out, of course they didn’t give me a receipt or the dipping sauces we ordered.

Poor service!! Not only were the staff disrespectful but they refused to complete my order which was sent through DoorDash, they were also very nasty to my dasher.I’ve only went here once, and even then they didn’t have my order and my children and I were waiting in the car for over an hour for our food. They didn’t give me my order til I went inside and told them.Avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve been to this place twice(today made the second time) I should’ve known trying to give people the benefit of the doubt thinking I caught it on a bad day or etc but no workers don’t want to work, they’re lazy and management is the same. I placed an online order today only to get their 45 minutes later and my order still not ready which was fine but to get my order and it be wrong and food not be fresh. All the employees move on their own time. You can tell their use to people getting attitudes because of the service and quality of the food they provide. I tried to call management to get my food exchanged because for the correct item I order only for her to ask my name and order number and put the phone down until she thinks I hang up. She done it twice.Go back to the drawing board and set up an hiring event because this is not it Popeyes!!
