Excellent cheese bread and veggie pizza

I called to order an XL pizza. The person who answered the phone kept me in the loop the whole time, from when it was being made to when it was done. And it was done pretty much exactly when she said it would be. When I got the pizza home, it was sort of what I ordered. It was supposed to have pepperoni and mushrooms, and it did, just not the amount you'd expect to be on an XL pizza, maybe a small. The biggest disappointment came with the sauce. I asked for light sauce. Whoever made it must have thought I was kidding and put extra tomato sauce on it. Basically, the pizza became inedible for most of the people it was intended for because of this.

We attempted to eat at one of our favorite places. Disappointed in food, service, atmosphere. Salad bar was depleted so we opted to try a calzone and small pizza. Both were edible but something missing. There was no live music and tv's were off. We hope this place recovers, but will probably be a while before we return.

I use to love this place the food was always great. The last 3 times I have eaten here which was within the past month it has really been crappy. I said every time I wouldn't spend my money there again. But I kept giving it chances. I am done now. I will just have to cook my own food after I get off of work. I have tried something different all three times. So has my family members. The only thing I can say that was good was the fries. The lady that took my order was really nice.

Our wait time was less than 5 mins. The staff was friendly & attentive..drinks were constantly filled and food was hot and delicious. After reading some of the other reviews we almost didn't stop .. but, so happy we did.. and wevwill return.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing.. kind friendly & attentive. Kept drinks full and checked on us at all the right times.

Chicken wings were good. They have a great fresh salad bar. It's a pretty cool laid back atmosphere. Wet bar on one side and an arcade on the other. Plenty of big booth table seating to enjoy a meal right in the middle! Kids can go one way and husband and or friends can go the other. Friendly staff and the safety of Bainbridge PD around if needed.

Parking: Large parking lot specifically for this place. Plenty of good lighting at night.

First time visit. From the moment my granddaughter and I sat down, the experience was great!!! Our server, Katrivia, was absolutely exceptional!!!! She was upbeat, so very nice and attentive. The food was wonderful!! There is so much to choose from on the menu! And a fully stocked salad bar. Something for everyone. I'd definitely recommend the garlic parm wings. I never go to Bainbridge, but I will definitely be back!

I’ve eaten here often and the food is outstanding but today I had a terrible experience. First, our waitress completely forgot about us and did not take our order for about 40 minutes. Then, my food was someone else’s order which delayed food for two tables. My dining partner was eating alone while I waited for my correct entree which ended up being an hour and fifteen minutes after arrival. When I presented all these issues to management, I received a whopping $4.64 discount. One more restaurant to check off my list!

This place is SUPER COOL!! Never been to Bainbridge, Ga, but will definitely be back here! Service was TOP NOTCH and the food was Superb!

Man I don't know what's going on with this place but it's going downhill in the food quality. Redneck nachos and many of the waffle fries were green potatoes and everything else was burnt so bad it was a tater dust.

This week they must be having issues with air-conditioning which happens but it's been a little stuffy inside despite the attempts with fans.

Month before that got the Cajun pasta which was over done and all the proteins were burnt. Along with a blackened cheeseburger pizza.

Bring it to the staffs attention you might get half off but that item but that's even a stretch.
