Reporting for a friend: She went thru drive thru on 8/2/2024. Ordered, used debit card to pay. She was told to pull forward to wait and got sidetracked. Food was brought to her. Her debit card was never returned back to her by cashier or employee that brought food to her. She didn't realize it was missing until later that night. She checked her account the next day and saw two charges on her card at Golden Beauty in Bainbridge. Yep, card was kept and used by a Sonic employee in Bainbridge! She cancelled her card and was refunded money from bank.She has filed a report with police department. Just wanted to let Bainbridge residents know to be aware of drive thru transactions. Be safe use cash. Very disappointed in employees at this Sonic!

Very poor customer service the girl on the headset had a attitude then I needed a cup of ice they got mad saying they can’t add on at the window which was just a cup of ice & then the lady going to tell me for future reference order everything at the speaker & the manager was poor white man smoking vape outside really unprofessional & ain’t know what to do need better staff.

I pulled up to drive thru and waited 10 minutes and never got a response so I drove around and pulled up to the windows and waited 12 minutes and nobody ever came to the windows 3 girls have passed by and 2 other girls were stand in eye sight and yet nobody noticed or acknowledge that I was waitin. The wait on your food is ridiculous

I ordered 2 chili dogs with light mustard and onion and received 2 hot dogs smothered in mustard and onions and no chili I ordered to pickup at 7:10 and received it at 7:50 got back to my room to discover these hotdogs went back to location could not believe it when they told me I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to replace my hot dogs unbelievable ask for my money back and it's like they completely ignored the fact I was sitting outside for 50 minutes.

We've been disappointed at Sonic for quite a few years now...Tried several in and around the area, Tallahassee, Crawfordville, and the new one in Quincy...Disappointed every time...Food is cold or poorly made, service not good either...Then we go to Bainbridge and THAT is what Sonic is supposed to be!!Food was fast, staff was excellant, and man that was the best double Sonic burger I have had in 25yrs, seriously...My wife worked at Sonic back then and I know how they should taste...Whomever is in charge at the Bainbridge Ga store, is doing their job right!! Thank you for that!!Want to experience Sonic food as it should be?Swing thru the store in Bainbridge....You can thank me later
