Miss Dria (I pray I spelled that correctly) was an absolute sweetheart! She made the most beautiful looking and tasting sandwich! Her customer service was on point! She had an upbeat vibe and was very accommodating! Love her! I haven't been to Bainbridge in going on 20 years, and this young lady was beyond worth 5☆'s! The gentleman working with her was busy and diligently working as well, so I'd say that they make a great team! The store was clean. Veggies looked fresh. Bread was fresh. Everything was perfect! Thank you, whoever the manager is, for hiring this wonderful young lady! She made my day! ? % She was trained well as a Sandwich Artist! I took my beautiful sandwich and had dinner at the Boat Basin. Incredible evening. Thank you so much!

Very bad attention.The person serving is very rude, arrogant and disrespectful.Today, Sunday, April 14, I went for a sandwich, I asked for it toasted, and he didn't even want to heat it up.He gave it to me straight out of the fridge.And I asked him to please warm it up, he didn't want to.I ordered the sandwich with everything. And he didn't want to put any seasoning on it.I had to take the sandwich to work to heat and buy dressing and sauce to put on it.I have gone several times at 8:30 in the morning, and they say it is closed.And there is an established schedule, they open at 8 in the morning.It seems that we are going to ask for a gift.Bad attention.The products they use are very good.It hurts the attention they provide.I hope they take some action in this regard.And keep someone in charge on the premises.Thank you so much.

Terrible attention from the person who is there, they should be fired for not doing their job. That person didn't ask me if I wanted my sandwich hot and gave it to me frozen and continued eating without any problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THAT PLACE EVER. IT'S THE WORST SUBWAY EVER. THAT PERSON WHO IS 04 14 24 8 30 AM IS THE WORST.

One star because I couldn’t leave zero stars. We just left Subway. My husband and I stopped in for lunch and waited 10 minutes and no one was there to serve us. We called the store phone and yelled out for them to help us and nothing. We also were not the only customers that left without any service.

I placed an order at 8:10 pm on a Friday evening. I was there at 8:25 to pick it up only to be greeted at the door with a "WE'RE CLOSED!!!" Well what about the online order I just placed. "You'll have to come talk to the manager in the morning (Saturday) and get it or a refund." Not a way to run a business especially after I've already paid for my food via online order and it showed you all were still open.I did not go back Saturday. I went back Monday at 1 pm to pick my order up. I wasn't greeted with a "yes let me help you with that " the girl took off to ring a customer up then grabbed the telephone, said nothing to me, walked to the back around the corner out of eye sight. My son and I were telling the other lady what we had and asked to swap it for a chicken teriyaki instead of steak and cheese. We were told it will have to be what was ordered. Ok go ahead no worries. Then asked again what type of cheese we wanted then decided oh no that's not the type cheese you ordered when my son chose mozzarella for his steakncheese instead of provolone. I then said well don't ask us what we want just look at the receipt and put whats on it.Pooooooor customer service. Not because they wouldn't swap it out but because of the attitude. If you don't want to work GO HOME!!!! I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER AND WITHOUT ME(US) YOU HAVE NO JOB!!!!!

4/12/2022: First off the time on the app and they time the store actually closes was different when I placed an order. When I got there they were closed and I did not get my order. It has now been two weeks and I have not gotten a refund at all.UPDATE as of 4/29/2022: I went in and explained that the money has not been refunded back to the account. They offered to make the food instead of a refund and I accepted the offer. I am glad things are corrected but I hate it had to come to that when multiple people told me they would get the refund processed.
