Upon entering, I wasn’t greeted, which I understood as both employees were helping another customer. However, the employee who eventually took my order was noticeably cold and disinterested—not friendly or welcoming.
I ordered the Meal of the Day (Cold Cut Combo) and asked to make it a Deluxe. She made the sandwich without issue. At the register, the second employee asked what I had, and the sandwich maker said “Cold Cut Deluxe—well, Double Meat.” When the cashier looked confused, she repeated “Deluxe.” I also clarified I was ordering the Meal of the Day.
The total came to about $9.96, which was unusually high. I asked about the price and was told I was being charged for Double Meat. I explained I had only asked for Deluxe. The manager insisted there’s no way to make a Cold Cut Deluxe, which is inaccurate. I’ve ordered it many times before, and the Deluxe is a standard option online.
Due to the incorrect charge and the manager’s dismissive attitude, I chose not to complete the purchase. I will continue to enjoy Subway—but not at this location.

The store closes at 9:00pm. It is 7:30 on a Friday night and the crew was mopping the floor and told us that they only had 2 half loaves of bread (I think that is what he said because he was yelling it to us as he was mopping) and pretty much said they were closed when we asked if he was closed. Frustrating when the shop is supposed to be open and that was the plan for dinner. Wasted trip.

Just came from up there they said their toaster was broken and didn't toast my boyfriend sub in any way not even attempted to microwave it at least so he ended up tossing it in the trash

I was rushed. Having two people asking me what I want on multiple sandwiches was confusing and irritating. They only had enough green peppers prepped for one sandwich. It's usually a lot better than this. Do better.

I palced order all vegie sandwich but a black guy looks like in hurryyy........may be he is new at job. He needs to understand how to handle customers if u guys busy. He starring at me and my wife just like we offering free sandwich. I paced order worth of $30. He needs to change his attitude. But his co-employee she is very cool. And she makes everytime best thing. I will give her 5⭐️. I request to all SUBWAY superiors please give proper training to all new employees how to deal with customers. After all these all things about ur reputation.

They said systems were down on all subway like bruh honestly idk what’s going on with bainbridge need to get it together
They said they were closed at 7:45pm. Their website was updated a week ago to say 9pm. They turned us away and said they weren't open even though they were serving someone right in front of us. The woman worker even appeared to be putting fresh ingredients out.
