Be sure to take a flashlight so you can read the menu. Menu is black with dull gold script. I suppose that is an attempt to be elegant. Steaks were very tender but then they should have been with all the salt they were obviously soaked in. Cheese on the French onion soup was pure rubber. Soup was really good once I pushed all the tuff thick cheese to the side. The baked potato was delicious! To top it off the coconut cream pie was still frozen when brought to the table. We didn’t realize that until tonight when we ate the left overs. I just thought it was a poor attempt at my favorite dessert😂. Obviously we won’t be returning.

Susie and Sam's Steakhouse in Bainbridge, Georgia is an excellent place to dine. It's located in the old library at 200. W. Broughton St. The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. Susie and Sam both stopped by our table to check if we needed anything. Our server (Jada) was excellent also. Our appetizers were great along with the fresh salads and the main entrée was even more delicious. The price was about the same as those bigger chain steakhouses. It was our first time eating there but we will definitely be back. Call ahead to make reservations if you plan on going. We did for a party of 15 for my wife's birthday. Sam even came out to sing to her. You won't be disappointed at all when you go.

The absolute best place to eat. My favorite is the kabobs. The best.

We celebrated a birthday here - a party of 9 and it was the perfect spot. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. The best part was our server, Jaeda. She made the whole experience!! Mrs. Susie came over and talked with us and made us feel right at home. We drove from Dothan to try it and I can say with 100% certainty we will be back!

First time visit. The staff is very friendly and engaging. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing or romantic dinner experience. The food was perfectly cooked and served with an inviting presentation. Susie came by twice to check on our experience. It’s so refreshing to see an engaged owner take the time to visit with the guests. She transformed this historical building into a very nice location for a casual dining experience with upscale vibes.

Parking: Parking spots are available directly in front of the restaurant. Also a parking lot behind the restaurant.
