Not bad at all.
We decided to order from the app and still had to wait for the food. When we got it home there were items missing. Food was cold even though we had to wait. The loaded nachos could not even eaten. There was hardly any meet on anything we ordered.I would recommend eating elsewhere.

They are so worthless. How and why are they still open? I mean, you’re better off asking what do they have available and just order that way.

Really slow, one time they will offer military discount, next time it would be senior discount, then another time they offer either one. They need to make up their minds.

The customer service at drive throu is the worst. When they hand you your food, they quickly slam the window shut so you can't even ask for any condiments or anything else. They are rude. 1 time I thought I was gonna get slapped with my bag, that's just how they hand you your food. I eat there every day or every other day but I would rather spend my money else where instead of having to deal with the service.

The people are super nice, and very quick to help out. Not only that, but the service was very quick, we got our food within just a couple minutes. They also had a good amount of lettuce and tomatoes and things like that with the tacos, which can sometimes be lacking.
Overall, the employees were awesome and they all deserve a raise, and this is a great Taco Bell.

Went to grab my 4 yr old lunch, because she wanted a quesadilla. When we arrived, both kiosks were being used, so, like the 2 people in front of us, we placed our order at the counter. While I was ordering, the manager interrupted the cashier while I was speaking to tell her to direct customers to the kiosks(again both were being used and she was helping the rest of us in line). I have worked in the hospitality industry and food service industry for over 15 years, and the tone and timing of this manager to his staff, was below what I would call standard or even polite. I apologized to the cashier for him interrupting(because clearly this was his normal approach)and continued to place my order. I asked for a courtesy cup for water for my 4 yr old, and was told(by the manager and another employee, not my cashier, over her shoulder) they wouldn't do that and they stopped giving water cups. .....If there were two employees with enough time to eavesdrop on the cashier and stop what they were doing to interrupt her, how was it an inconvenience to them to take my order in person?.....anyhow, now, if I was only asking for the cup, I could understand, but I was a paying customer with a food order and a small child. I gave in and paid $2.49+ tax for a small fountain drink cup....for my daughter to only drink half of the 10ozs..of water(because shes 4 and soda is too unhealthy for a kid)....What a complete rip off. Shiesty and shady as hell if you ask me. The cashier was nice, even though I could tell she was still learning, so I don't hold her responsible. That manager though needs some serious re-training both in customer service and in employee respect. I'm not surprised by much in the service industry these days, but denying a cup of water and speaking in a respectful tone of voice is pretty basic and extremely easy to make happen.

Literally just went through the drive through and Thana T, Im guessing is who took my order. She was extremely rude. Didn’t give us but half of my order but then clearly caught an attitude over a mistake she made. Its every time we go to this taco-bell. Their all extremely rude I think yall need to deal with employees.
